Okay, that tends to strengthen my recollection.

If you prefer the State to wield power over wombs, there are certainly politicians eager to seize control in some areas.

Frankly I'm much more concerned about groups that want to limit free speech on campuses. Abortion is pretty much a nullity in my state now. We've won this fight here.

Still Repubs should do all they can to drive her out of the party. She failed to run for Governor of Maine. Knew she couldn't win and stuck around to screw Repubs over.

No. I support the right of the individual to make personal decisions regarding their health care. An ideology that should be a permanent part of conservative thought.

ohhh...Healthcare? Is that what they call killing defenseless humans now in order to sleep at night? Lets test that...during an abortion do you kill the fetus? Yes or no.

Okay, then, will make sure that the pro life nominee will not show any hostility to the precedent of Roe v Wade during the confirmation phase. Yes I think that can be accomplished. No problem.

I am not a physician, biologist, or medical ethicist, and neither or you. Not that it matters, though. Pregnancy termination is a constitutionally protected act, as is owning, operating, and maintaining a firearm. That you would put one right above the other shows that your grasp of the constitution, and indeed, constitutional rights that spring forth from the document, is, shall we say, lacking.

What a mentality! What an ass.... The tragedy is that people like this are allowed to vote!

Where in the constitution does it give you the right to kill defenseless humans. Please cite the exact section you are referring to.

It can do anything that is constitutional and not expressly forbidden in the constitution.

She has two years left of her term, I would be highly disappointed if she got the GOP endorsement, but ultimately this is on Maine. There would be an even more liberal whackjob had Collins lost. Personally when it comes to Congressional elections I feel that it is not the place of out of district/state persons to interfere, as I know I don't like it when they do that in my district/state. Although if she is the best Maine has to offer, it doesn't say a lot about Maine...

McConnell doesn't have to give her a seat at any Committee Table. Nor does the RNC have to support her. She should be ostracized and set up as an example of what is not a Republican. They should start looking now for a Conservative to run against her.

She wants Governor of Maine. Had to bow out this time. Just couldn't come up with a win. (be handed the seat)
