The timing of this is curious.
"17 intelligence agencies say the Russians hacked the DNC." This was presented for weeks - every day.
THEN Wikileaks divulged information that said the US CIA can fake hacking to LOOK like the Russians did it.

POW! With the CIA's neck on the line, SUDDENLY a 100% SHIFT. By golly, it had NOTHING to do with the Russians after all, therefore it couldn't be CIA hacking to look like the Russians.

The MSM presents all this absurdity, this 100% contradiction over everything they, the Democrats and the "17 intelligence agencies have been saying for weeks" - and most people just accept this hook-line-and-sinker like true mindless submissive beta personalities.
