    He is in trouble no matter what, but if it was planned and intentional, then he is looking at 1st degree murder.

    Yes, as of now it is a mystery. You can't automatically blame the media for everything.

    I am not seeing that.

    I think the point @HockeyDad was trying to make is that the Legacy Media is gonna do its darndest to influence the law as to what his future will be.

    The MSM just last week got a black man who murdered a white man in front of his family out of a death sentence.

    Governor Evers is responsible for this with his race baiting comments against Rittenhouse's acquittal not 24 hours before the massacre. I hope to God this instigates a recall effort on the scumbag.

    A jury of Kyle's peers determined that Kyle was the victim and the people he shot were perpetrators. The Governor took a **** on the rule of law and that jury in front of the entire world. It appears that yet another convicted/racist felon took action on the Governor's words.

    why is the political affiliation so important to some?? It would be refreshing to deal with/ discuss a crime for what it is.......a crime.........and leave race and politics out of it.... It would clarify things in a more factual way..

    I don't care if the man is purple , a religious freak, from planet B or whatever............ What he did is destructive and illegal. people died, and were hurt. the important things seem to be :

    was it intentional ?? accidental........??

    Intentional?? What was the motive??


    IF it was motivated by some kind of vengeance.........we can then analyse it further.

    at this point we need to know more facts.

    He left his ID in the car when he dumped the car. There may be no terrorism angle, no political angle, just a string of very bad decisions, extremely reckless driving, and a street parade.

    I think street parades should be protected with actual substantial barriers, capable of stopping an errant vehicle, not those signs that are essentially nothing more than warning lines.

    So he bonds out of jail 2 days ago and is in a knife fight today?

    In most states, penalties would be enhanced for anything arising from commission of a crime, in this case the stabbing/knife fight.

    I don't know how it could be any worse for him, though. Children are dead and a couple dozen people are in the hospital.
