    Ok. That did not look like an accident. It also not make sense that it was politically motivated since the victims are random, and many were kids. Drunk driving? Pot psychosis? Terrorism?

    Nasty business indeed. Sadly......it is another form of in the culture of violence that exists.......There seems to be a lot of rage flaoting around with no place to go.......so folks explode in these irrational ways.

    I will definitely admit this is a guess here, but after the Rittenhouse trial did not go the way some people wanted it to, you're gonna have some people whose bitterness causes them to act irrational. Now, I ain't Nostradamus and I could definitely be wrong but I'd say right after the verdict there's a better than usual chance this was anger at the "not guilty on all counts" call above the other possibilities you named, although we certainly can't rule them out at this time.

    Heck, maybe it IS senility. I did say earlier that many accidents like this are the result of the elderly driving way past their ability TO drive and we don't know how old the perp is at this time.

    EDIT TO ADD: After I posted that, I just saw the post @dharbert made. Okay, now it's looking a lot more like a deliberate act of rage.
