    I believe most incidents involving cars plowing into people are explained as the elderly being unable to drive yet still driving. Something that doesn't apply here.

    Good luck claiming it when what video evidence we have indicates the opposite of what you're saying.

    It’s too early to speculate anything right now. Could have been a vehicle malfunction for all we know. I doubt it as I’m sure you all do but that is literally how much we know.

    I think the witness saying the perps were "shooting out the window" maybe refutes that being an accident though.

    You're right, an earlier article had a witness saying it was the perps firing but a later one has the police saying they did it.
