I think you failed to read the actual post. Why do you suppose that a tx representative would then identify those folks as being disenfranchised? It certainly begs the question that you're bringing up.

Not sure why you’d make the distinction of it being illegal for green card holders to vote, when it’s also illegal for illegals to vote. They are as ineligible as those on parole or probation.
I’d say those on parole or probation ARE disenfranchised. No reason they shouldn’t be able to vote.

 

Again, you seem to be making my point, and yet still trying to suggest that I'm wrong. Yes, we all know that non citizens cannot legally vote, and yet democrats are working tirelessly to suddenly avoid that by just sending ballots to addresses. How does that, for example, protect the vote? If I require a valid ID can it obviated by simply ignoring that check? And the answer democrats want is yes. Why is that?

It wasn't my assertion. My analysis of the TX Democratic member of the house was simply that he believes, but was unwilling to identify the hundreds of thousands of non voting folks in tx. Obviously, the largest pool are illegal aliens. Next legal aliens, and then perhaps other groups like felons, etc. So since you decided to confront this, how about demonstrating this elusive population that are somehow otherwise restricted by tx law to vote. We have oodles of time.

Keeping asylum seekers in Mexico doesn't accomplish anything. These aren't even people to be worried about.

And no, there was no wall, so it obviously couldn't stop anyone. There was some new fencing, most of it replacing older fencing. It's not hard to get around some fencing. Your own thread here, as I've pointed out, demonstrates that they don't even bother with crossing on foot where border patrol or nature is likely to stop them. They come in right through checkpoints. Drugs, too.

States (and it is states, not Democrats, who send ballots) are not sending “ballots to addresses”. They are sending ballots to registered voters.
As I understand the process in some places - I don’t speak for all - part of the registration process is providing a sample signature.
When the voter sends the ballot back they have to sign the envelope enclosing the ballot, and the signature is checked against the sample.
So it isn’t just sending out random ballots that anyone could return.

The idea that thousands of illegal ballots are being cast and counted is simply a fantasy. A lie. There is literally zero evidence of it. And yes, I know the difference between evidence and proof.

 

Cite how this is false. Demonstrate your assertion. We have the on the record interview of one of the TX house democrats suggesting just this. What do you have?
