Now you're going over board. The burial requirement should specify a beating or capable of beating heart.

You are erroneously conflating organ donation with body donation. The entire fetus is donated, not just specific organs.

90% of all abortions occur in the first trimester.

Yep, but they don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about that, the idea that you'd be spending thousands and thousands on a burial plot and headstone for an unrecognizable lump of splitting cells.

Nor do they care that this bill is religious discrimination on a vast, egregious scale. Like I pointed out earlier, Buddhists believe in sky burials. Are these slobbering goons ok with the remains of aborted "infants and fetuses" being left in a field to be consumed by buzzards in a ritual?

Or, how about Hindus, since they burn their dead? Or medical science donation for an Atheist?

Why must we adhere with the burial customs of a batch of bronze age war god worshipping jews and pseudo jews? Why are they harping on and on endlessly in defense of the Christian baker, but refusing everyone else their religious freedom to get rid of the dead in their manner of choosing?

What a shameful, hypocritical joke this is.

Given that the average burial costs about $10,000 each that means a whopping $750 million windfall for the Texas funeral industry.

What are the odds they were lobbying this bill?

Does Texas now require burial of ALL medical waste or just the waste from the medical procedures they don't like?

Just thought I'd bring up this fine post about how Texas is only "Pro-Life" when it comes to fetuses....but the "LIFE" of BORN actual FEMALE people? Not so much.

    In fact, not at all.

See, by controlling what's done to a fetus they can control female American citizens without attacking them directly and appearing to be stripping them of their rights........while they're stripping them of their rights...

Look for many more examples of this for ALL American citizens in the coming 4 years...

In my opinion, it's just more overkill. It's more money the taxpayers are going to have to shell out in Texas but then again Texans don't seem to mind paying more taxes so this shouldn't meet much objection by the masses.

As I've mentioned in here many times prior, the conservatives in this country will fight to the death to save the life of the unborn fetus, yet once its born it can die as far as they are concerned.

The abortion clinics were harvesting organs and tissue from the children's bodies and selling them.

If it has a heart beat it should be buried or cremated.

No, they were not. It has been proven they were not. You saying they were doesn't make it true.

So? IF you have to comment why don't you do some research and THEN comment???
You're going to dismiss the whole story out of hand because one of the best, most prestigious, long lasting newspapers in the world doesn't meet your approval?

Is it because it was naughty bad and didn't support Fidel Trump?

Whatever, why comment on something you have no knowledge of? The topic isn't the NYT...

Chickens, pigs and cows all have heartbeats too so why aren't they buried or cremated?
