    Utterly ridiculous

Revolutionary War?- The U.S. didn't even exist then. And the colonists didn't go to England and kill British to begin the war.
Civil War?- The U.S. didn't shell Fort Sumter, Confederate forces did.
Korean War?- The North Koreans swarmed over the border into South Korea before the U.S. ever did a thing to them.
Vietnam War- too complicated to blame the U.S.
Iraq? Iraq invaded Kuwait, everything thereafter is their responsibility.
Afghanistan?- The Afghans supported the terrorists to attacked on 9-11.

You need to read some history instead of just drinking the liberal koolaide.

The CIA is not the military and we have no colonies.

    Massive failure for you

    Wrong.

The civil war was started by the CSA.

The Korean war and vietnam war were both started by the communists.

Iraq and afghanistan are arguable, The Revolutionary war was started before the founding of the US

    You fail massively

You do know that the CIA is not a military force by any measure don't you? That is a fact.

Since we have never had an empire, there is nothing to end.

Precious metals do well in times of inflation, everyone knows this. If you could find someone to take your silver dime for a gallon of gas you' be a fool to make that transaction.

Not many people actually own silver, it's not legal tender anymore. What is legal tender is OUR Fiat Dollar, and it takes almost 27.5 of them to buy what (1) one would buy in 1913. That's 3.11% inflation annually (avg) or nearly 2650% cumulatively. Which means most AmeriCANs have had a negative wage growth, year over year, since the 70's. Or less than 0%, which was my point.

That's debatable. The US doesn't appear to be an empire in the classical sense, but residents of Puerto Rico may disagree. It can be argued that everything outside the original 13 colonies was empirical expansion.

I get your point, and I basically agree with it, but let's not ignore the truth.

    Read the OP.
    American empire.
It started as an immigrant empire.
    Without immigrants, there's no USA.

Even today, immigrants are needed to sustain our economy growing.

    You admit 2 are possible.
Neither Korea or Vietnam invited us.

I believe the pot and the kettle had a similar exchange. This thread is an example of being consumed. Youtube has enough content for flat earthers, Marxists, and others to live their lives down in the rabbit hole.

Successful people with fulfilling lives are not consumed by this nonsense.

    I did. It says
The downward death spiral of the American Empire seems unstoppable. Good riddance to this empire which has cause much suffering around the world. The downsideis that many innocent people will suffer in the U.S.

I missed the part about immigration. Why don't you read the OP?

Look for it to get much much worse under the current hunta of blithering idiots. The GOP has to retake the House in 2022 and begin to restore sanity to the Federal government.

Not entirely correct. In the early days of the Afghanistan war, the CIA worked with an alliance of northern Afghan war lords to fight the Taliban and Al Qaeda. It was a CIA-Special Operations mix. While most of the CIA is simply analysis, there are field officers involved in liaison with local factions to influence them to move in the direction of U.S. interests. It was true during the Vietnam War throughout SE Asia, true in the Middle East, true in Central and South America.

Pol Pot was out to create the perfect society. You can't create the perfect society with the imperfect people we have to work with. Idealism has killed more people than corruption.

Civil War. UN involvement for humanitarian reasons. Not US started

Iraq aggression towards Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Isreal started this. US did not get involved initially except to protect our allies sovereignty. US not the aggressor.

Afghanistan Taliban attacked US soil, and thus actions taken there were in response. US not the aggressor.

Started as civil war for power and resources. US initially entered on a humanitarian basis. US not the aggressor

Yet another middle eastern Civil War. US not the aggressor

Again, our response to Taliban hiding in Pakistan. This is resulting from the 9/11 attacks. US not the aggressor

    That's another civil war.

Is there actually an instance in which the US was the aggressor and started a war or conflict?
