Actually there are some tribes in South Americ and in North America as well that may well be connected to the Lost Tribes of Israel.

Your theory is very unlikely. The Assyrians resettled the 10 tribes in other parts of their empire. They had done this before to rebellious nations, and the result is those populations were assimilated into the populations they were moved in with. They lose their national identity and their gene pool gradually gets mix in with a larger population. So they basically got absorbed into a larger middle eastern population, probably in Iraq, and that was it for them as an ethnicity, culture, and nationality.

Its no surprise that many different cultures came up with rules against lying, killing, and stealing. These are banned in nearly every culture on the planet. So this isn't evidence some of the precursors of the Incas were descendants of Israel. And if people really believe this, then do a genetic test.

Your source mentioned they found writings by the Incan precursors. I was under the impression that South American cultures never developed any system of writing or language. The closest thing they have are Quipus which were knotted strings which mostly recorded numeric information.

the stories of the new testament were written by man, who later picked the best ones and put them in the New Testament

no one knows the real names of the authors (probably as it was many authors over time), we just gave them names to make the story more believable

even if there had been a person such as in the bible, he would of never went by the name "Jesus", that name was given to make it sound more English, otherwise people would never believe in this middle eastern religion

James says faith without works is dead. So, where is the "grace" then? By the way, The Church also teaches by Grace we are saved in the atonement. Paul said by faith we are saved. Let's read Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through your faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." What if you lack faith in Christ? Then, how can grace save you? It can't. I would then have to ask, how does one know if they have sufficient faith to receive the Grace of God if there are no works that prove you have sufficient faith in Christ? Do you see that grace, faith and works are all connected?
So, much of Christianity teaches that with grace, we can then receive the Holy Ghost which gives us greater power. Why do we need greater power? To do what? There's nothing in the scriptures that supports this, just opinion. So, it makes more sense to me that "grace" is a gift. You mentioned the "cross" in context with grace. Well, the cross represents the death and resurrection of Christ. Something that all of us will receive regardless of whether we believe in Christ or not. The "saving" part of grace is that we will be resurrected to a degree in heaven which are three. 1Corinthians chapter 15. Read it. It also speaks of baptism for the dead as well. Unless you lack faith that those who died without the law or the gospel are doomed to hell and damnation.

By saying "the truth, the way, the light" doesn't answer what the truth is. You seem to give "follow the commandments" little value when it comes to truth. Nor do you seem to understand how commandments come to us. Amos said it best, "Surely the Lord God does nothing except through his servants, the prophets." So, Jesus gave us the new and everlasting covenant. What is it? What are the covenants this? I don't think you will be able to find them.

Those who lived under Hitler had free will. They could behave how they wished, except that they would be punished if they disobeyed. How is that so different from living under your Bible God who threatens hell? At least under Hitler, you would be done with this when you died.

A genocide bigger than Hitler ever dreamed of.

I will stick with the Christian take.

Does Satan look like a male to you?

In our evolution, woman are the prize and thus the cause of all human to human competitions, which is the cause of all human strife. In a sense.

Armageddon is the event and it is not for control of land. It is for control of minds.

I was writing for believers and not for the intelligentsia who do not believe any of this myth.

Correct, as our free will to believe as we will is controlled by the vile genocidal Tahweh.

Would you like to be controlled by Hitler as much as your genocidal hero?

    ----------

Are non-believers doomed by Divine Design?

Scriptures say that God decides if a person will be a believer or non-believer. Those scriptures are shown in this link.

Those quotes seems to really screw up the free will notion that Christians say God gives us.

The free will that God offers is kind of a joke anyway given the number of people whose free will to live is ignored in the billions of adults, children and babies that God is shown to torture and murder in scriptures.

If the bible and Yahweh are to be believed, and as a non-believer, I, of course, cannot believe it, thanks to God, by God’s design and will against me, then why did God deny me belief or faith?

Even more important to believers, might be to answer the question of; did God make you a believer in things that you can only hope exists and can never confirm?

Are you happy with God ignoring or negating your free will to think as you please?

I have assumed that God’s work of creating both believers and non-believers is working. If that is so, and you believers must think it so, just as I as a non-believer cannot think it is working, --- and Jesus said that those with faith could do all he did and more, --- then there is not even one believer or person of faith that has ever existed.

Either the bible and Christianity is all a lie, or there must be some who can do what Jesus did.

What is your choice of those two options?

Is the bible and Christianity a lie, or is God just not creating any people with faith, --- which would make all Christians who say they have faith, --- liars.

I mean no insult here but someone is definitely lying, if we read what is written and look at reality and listen to Christians.

What do you think is the truth?

Is it just for God to create people doomed to hell even if they wanted to believe?

    Regards
    DL

You are likely aware that Christians adore a genocidal god as well as St. Hitler.

They never bother trying to justify genocide, although one Christian did tell me that genocide is a good option for justice.

He was not a just thinking Christian. He was rank and filthy thinking file.

Tiamat is the Serpent - of this there is no doubt - tis a female goddess - The creation account in Genesis - and garden of Eden - is not a Christian Story. - it is not a Jewish Story - although there are remnents in Jewish mysticism - as this es the story of their ancestors .. but Judaism tried to wipe out that story .. - at least for the mainstream .. starting with the writing of this version of of Genesis during the time of Persia .. discarding the Israelite ways - and creating a new monotheistic religion.

The flood story and the involvement of the Sumerian Pantheon - was a story that every single person in the near east knew .. sans the deaf. When the Jews adopted that story - as had their ancestors .. working from a massive amount of material at the time .. gave a synopsis of what everyone at that time believed .. and everyone reading the first edition of Genesis at the time of Persia - would know who the Serpent in the Garden was.

Satan not Tiamat - Satan is one of the Sons of the most high - one of the Sons of Enlil - one of the Few times where "the Most High" is mentioned by Name in the Bible - and that name is not YHWH - Job is regarded as one of the Oldest texts ~900BC if memory serves- as in from the time when everyone believed in many Gods .. even if they only worshiped one.. "Sons of God" is literally "Sons of God"

Satan is not the great god of Chaos .. not against the Most High -- as is Tiamat - the Yin in the Yang .. this dual nature of reality believed by "Everyone" - a concept well known - well understood.

Satan is not depicted this way .. Satan is depicted as an agent of God - while yet one of his sons .. read the text .. The Father is boasting about how devoted Job is .. Satan chides his father .. "Yeah dad .. ya gave him everything - who would not worship such a God"

Sataniel - the advocate - "the Tester" - then throws down the gauntlet - This is Satan's job mate - To test .. but within the parameters of God's will which he does not exceed. "Subordinate" to the Father .. Just as Jesus was depicted - hence why near all the early Church Fathers were "subordinatists"

Tiamat is not a son of Enlil - not subordinate to the father - acts outside the will of the Father. This is the God of Chaos .. a primodial being

Let us not conflate the two .. This is not what the people believed .. your not getting 3000 years - this religious believe dominated the near east .. "THIS BELIEF" This is their story .. this is their History -- which carried on for 2700 or more years longer than the piddly 300 that the US has existed. .. and a full 1000 or more years longer than Christianity has been around.

Who cares what some Christian thinks .. What did the people for who this story was their history think .. Abraham - the Israelites at the time of Moses .. all the way down to the destruction of the Temple .. when YHWH loses the battle to one of the other sons of the Enlil - or Ea (Enki) or that Shamash Sun God character which managed to work his way into Christianity.. all believed in the divine Pantheon.

If you can't understand the difference then you are truly lost. And, no. We would not be done under Hitler. Physically, yes. Spiritually, no.

Hitler was human, and could only torture you until you died. Bible God (if it existed and its claims about souls etc were true) could keep going for all eternity.

If you can't understand the similarities

Why do you condemn man for the same infraction you give yahweh a pass on?

    Why the double moral standard?

Are you a moral coward who cannot judge rightly?

The Christian hook. They love to hate us just as much as their genocidal god.

They do not care that scriptures say that most of who they love will not be with the few genocidal god lovers in heaven.

That would be more like a hell to people who know how to love.

An analogy, you kill someone and get life or the chair. The State kills someone and they are justified because of who they are, the law.
Sorry, you are digging a hole deep where you can't get out of. A man cannot judge God since God is the ultimate judge and final judge. If you disagree and fight against God to the very end, the outcome is jail or Perdition. Some call it eternal hell.
Let's take another look at Noah and the Flood. Why did God send the flood? Because mankind had become so corrupt that without infringing upon their free moral agency, there was no way that good would develop and every person born from that point on would end up in Perdition or hell. The Plan of Salvation was agreed on by the Godhead and 2/3 of his spirit children, us. We made a covenant with the Godhead. No change would happen. So, God had no other choice. None. He ended the evil so that mankind in the future would not all be condemned to Perdition.
So, apparently, it is you who is the moral coward that cannot make tough decisions and judge without wavering. Not so easy to be God, is it.

That is a bit terrifying. You are pure authoritarian?

You do realize that heads of state have included tyrants, right? Did you know most of us feel the state should serve the people rather than the other way around?

Is your entire moral sense based on obedience to power and might makes right?

Your bible call you a liar.
    Gen3;22 Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil;
1 Thessalonians 5:21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

If you let a genocidal, homophobic and misogynous god judge for you, you show how stupid and immoral you think.

Where you incompetent creator puts his defective work so that none see his incompetence.
Even as you bible says he wills to save us all. You god is too incompetent for that.

Because he had allowed his son's of god to use the earth as a brothel which corrupted it.

He blamed and punished his incompetence by murdering many innocent people.

So to those of your immoral ilk, killing someone does not infringe on their will to live.

Nice to know that you cannot think well.

Now you are just getting stupid.

Get the quotes where I or you agreed with Yahweh the prick.

Interesting to think you think 2/3 s of us are genocidal, homophobic and misogynous.

Stats disagree but let's not let facts cloud your fantasies.

Christianity is a fascist religion. Way too many uninformed or uneducated do not see that.

Our friend says that we cannot judge god, yet he has judged him to be good.

Typically, Christians call evil good, which shows that they are moral cowards when it comes to Yahweh.

He can murder all the babies he likes, buit is always justified in doing those evil little souls in.

Oh, now you are understanding! God's universe and The Plan of Salvation is not a democratic republic or democracy plan. What is in the rule book is that we have our moral free agency to choose good or evil. Just as we do today on earth. But, there are consequences to our agency decisions. God does not make mistakes. None, nada. Our blessings and punishments are based on our decisions and choices, not whether God made a mistake. We are given all we need to make the right or wrong choices. We have the words of God today including the following but not limited to: The Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, General Conference Talks, Writings of current day Prophets and Apostles, Personal Testimonies and Guidance from the Light of Christ and The Holy Ghost. We have been given all we need to make the right choices. One of the most critical is to be obedient to the Lord's guidance and His commandments and doctrine. Not man's doctrine mingled with scripture. The fact is, the Godhead serves us every day with all the light and directions we need. All without infringing upon our free moral agency to choose. Has any member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints force you or demanded that you be Baptized or die? We are here to serve and get the true gospel of Christ out into the world. So, that people can make their choices with knowledge of the truth. Without me sharing the truth of the scriptures that homosexual acts are sin, you would only have the knowledge coming from sinners of homosexual acts and therefore have no free moral agency to choose.
Let's clear something else up. Because a person has sexual unrepentant sins doesn't mean they are an all around bad person. I now many sinners who are very good people and do a lot of very good things. It's why God has prepared different levels of Glory in Heaven so that we are comfortable with our final judgment. And, with the Atonement of Christ, sinners can move up the glory before the final judgment.

There are some people who are unwilling to learn sound doctrine and you are one of them. As you use 5 year old name calling techniques to try and convince, I can easily reject your ungodly behavior as one of true ignorance. Do you honestly think that for us to have the ability to know good and evil makes us equal with God on all planes? So, that verse really shows us that in the Godhead, there are more than one personage (US). all 3 of them have different callings to work with us to come to the knowledge of good and evil through the Light of Christ and the influence of the Holy Ghost. The Father is the most high God and ruler of the universe. He cannot and will not allow anyone else above him so that His creation will never cease to exist. 1/3 of His spirit children had to be cast out because even in His glorious appearance could not covenant with Him. They still exist but will never receive a physical body for Exaltation in the resurrection. Those swept off the earth in Noah's Flood still exist in spirit prison unless they have accepted the Gospel as spoken of in first Peter. You see only the little picture of earthly existence. I see the big picture of exalted existence as well does our Godhead. You still have time to get on the same page and secure your future in exaltation.

Should I take that as a yes then? You do equate good and bad to obedience and disobedience to power, God being the top power, and you equate all ethics and morals ultimately to might makes right?

It would explain a lot, as scary as it would be. Or have I misunderstood you?

That religion was founded on a mans penis and displayed no morals at all. They were driven out of multiple states for good reason. Joseph Smith married a 14 year old when he was in his thirties. If I knew someone like that I wouldn’t want them around either.

I do believe in god but I have no faith or desire to praise a man like joseph smith.
