Lol! You really can't imagine someone actually taking the constitution seriously! That really explains a lot. The court has been a primarily liberal court for decades. It hasn't been this conservative since the 1930's. However what does that mean? A court like you imagine, "6/3 favoring liberals" wouldn't be an originalist court following the law and constitution, it would be a "if it feels good do it" legislating from the bench type of court, which is what the court has mostly been throughout my life, which is why there was a Roe V Wade in the first place.

OK, please tell me what are the legitimate methods to "packing the court" that you would favor, and if there are any that you would not favor?

I’m not sure what part of this:

About 71% of Americans - including majorities of Democrats and Republicans - say decisions about terminating a pregnancy should be left to a woman and her doctor, rather than regulated by the government. But that support is not absolute: 26% of respondents polled said abortion should be legal in all cases while 10% said it should be illegal in all cases. More than half of the 4,409 respondents to the Reuters/Ipsos poll said that abortion should be legal in some cases but illegal in others.

Makes you think you’re on the winning side lol

Well as Tucker Carlson noted, the Democrat party seems to be made up of weak men and upset women. Lots of women are happy about this decision. I have yet to meet a woman happy about 6 dollar gasoline and massive inflation

I read and understood those words. 71% say SCOTUS and Legislatures can get stuffed. 71% are pro choice.

Yeah...and it is the same down here. The price of fuel is out of the hands of Governments unless you want socialism. If you want Government to take over all energy supply, sure....costs will come down.. You want that. You will pay the same for 'gas' no matter who is in the White House or controls Congress.

On the other hand........woman (the vast majority of them) want to make their own choice about their bodies, okay?

Uhh no sir. That’s not what it says.

What it says is that 71% believe that decision should be left up to the woman and her doctor. The SCOTUS didn’t determine that one way or another. They simply asserted that it’s not the judiciary’s place to make that decision.

When they don’t use such a broad question and dig down into the minutia it’s far more broken up and disjointed.

    Furthermore it tells us this:

Abortion rights will help shape the November midterm elections, which will determine control of the U.S. Congress and 36 governors' seats. State legislatures are also in play, and the elections could factor into many state-level attempts to restrict abortion access. About 34% of respondents said Democrats had better plans for abortion policy, compared with 26% who preferred the Republican approach. The rest of respondents picked neither party or said they did not know which was better.

Which isn’t very compelling for your party if that’s as much of a bump as you get.

ESPECIALLY when you’re using a poll that polled nearly 50% democrats.

I tire of an intellectual eunuch doing everything possible to stop our country from being energy independent. I am tired of that senile POS howling about ending fossil fuel and driving the cost of gas up

While abortion is a hot topic, the vast majority of voters are voting with their pocket book.

But a lying narcissist got to be president and was so bad at it, got impeached 2X, so anything is possible.

Not to mention, which States are already poised to ban abortions and punish women and doctors?
    Most all Republican States.
But, voters already knew the R stance on abortion and vote for them anyway.

One can find racism in most everything if they look hard enough.
Now how about abortion stats based on education level? Or income level?

That's called 'pro choice.' That's called 'stuff SCOTUS and Legislators.'

Oh! Should they only have polled Republicans?

Joe Biden and Democrats Stare Into the Abyss After Latest Poll Drops

And not just after Dobbs, but also from CBS - which is always very Biden/Dem friendly. The lowest ranked issues are the entire Dem platform for November. Keep fantasizing about that big, bad bear my lefty friends.
