    The impeachment of President Trump will go down in history with an * by it.

    It will have that * because it was an attempted coup of a legally elected president. It was ONLY voted to do so by one political party.

    Then why is HE and Moscow Mitch denying witnesses and documentation to the prosecution??Not the actions of an innocent man!

    Why were republicans not allowed to bring in witnesses in the House. Now it is the Republican Senates turn!!

    By definition, an impeachment isn't a coup. It's a perfectly legal process that Congress can use.

    Anyone claiming that there is a partisan requirement for a Constitutional power only supports the "Constitution" with an * by it. Your claim is also a fake one. Not everyone who voted for impeachment was a Dem/a member of the same party. 1 independent voted. You also, like the president, don't appear to understand what the word "coup" actually means.

    The real problem is the action(s) taken by attorney’s in the administration, DOJ, and OMB to concoct cover for the President’s action.

    The rule of law is this country’s firewall and when it begins to breakdown we’re in deep dung.

    With the latest revelations it appears everyone knew this was wrong and failed to act in the interest of the country but rather in their own perceived interest. It’s not just Trump that needs to go.

    Not really payback as the Senate rules and conventions say the senators rightfully decide who to call as witnesses outside of the House impeachment managers and white house lawyers. Schiff and Nadler violated House rules and conventions.

    The investigation is over and if you remember, it's a slam dunk according to the dem clown show. Now it is up to them to prosecute their claim. Dems don't get a do-over because they did a sloppy job.

    However one can execute a coup through impeachment; much easier than guns and artillery -- especially since the president outguns congress by magnitudes.
