I didn't, the first 2 yrs of any POTUS's economy is determined by the previous POTUS's polices. Economic change takes time.

The strange yet true element here is that while the Left had always made the idea of segregation to be nothing other than a racist ideal, that they in fact are seeing first hand that segregation is and has become their best salvation in dealing with the outrageous racist policies of their own leftist officials or politicians.

I've always been for voluntary segregation as seen with many Chinese opting to live in any of our Chinatowns across the fruited plains, or with blacks living in Watts, Roxbury or Harlem, or Italians living in the North End of Boston called Little Italy et al. We need to have the leftist politicians leave the people of America alone to live life as independent minded free souls to do want they want to do without being coerced into abiding by nanny state rules.

These leftist politicians need to segregate themselves from the law abiding, individually thinking, constitutionally abiding, racially disinterested
citizenry by seeking solace in a segregated communist run nation where they will fit right in with their totalitarian run government.

 

You are aware that Obama started his presidency with the greatest recession this side of the great depression?
That all of the country was experiencing very high unemployment as a result of that great recession.
At the end of his term, UE numbers were at or under 5% which is a very good economy and the trend down continued 3 yrs after he left office.
So, many employment numbers were at or nearing record levels. 3.5% UE is extremely good and basically a full employment economy.

Can you recognize a trend line?

 

Yup, a steady lowering unemployment rate under Trump that actually hit the lowest mark of any of the years in that chart in around the 2018 and 2019 mark. Then as we all know America and the rest of the world was blindsided by the China flu to where naturally the unemployment would skyrocket.

 

We know the trump virus affected employment. That part of the chart has nothing to do with the trendline starting in 2010. And continued for 3 yrs after Obama left office.

Take Detroit (please) was a rich, wonderful city up to the late 1950’s. Schools, employment with high wages, many wonderful parks, Great night life. Excellent housing stocks.
Well for 60 years straight they have fallen for the Dems false promises and voted in Dem mayors. What happened to Detroit in those 60 years of Dem control you ask? Perhaps the worst school system in the USA.
Mostly low wage, crappy jobs, parks run over by gangs, filth, druggies. The state had to take over the running of Belle Isle Detroit largest park-now beautiful again. Thanks gov Snyder. Night life? Please, no one goes to Detroit in the evening. When the sun goes down the last place you want to be is Detroit. Housing stock is also amount the worst in the nation. Detroit at one time had nearly 2 million residents, around 60 years ago and has lost population ever since, now in the 700,000 range, down from 2 mil.
Who do the residents of Detroit turn to for help, for a plan to better the city? Democrats!!! One would think that after smashing your hand with a hammer after awhile one stops smashing themselves with the hammer to end the pain. Guess Detroit is just glutton for punishment.

Actually at the end of Obama's first quarter, median real earnings were $383/week (in 1983 dollars). By Q2 2014 they had fallen to $363/week. So, what you are describing as "steady improvement" was actually 6 years of declining wages. At the end of 6 years of this "steady improvement" the median US worker, that the Left hates, had lost of 5% of their real weekly wages.

Do you? By the 4th quarter of 2016, after two terms of what you describe as "steady improvement", real median earnings, by the American Workers that the Left hates, were at $382, still less than at the of Obama's first quarter, 8 years earlier. All Obama and the Left did was call the American Worker names, and accuse them of various moral shortcomings that actually they themselves suffer from.

Now the experience for the American Worker under the Amazing Trump was much different. In the 4 years that he was in office before the Left used the Coronavirus to change election law so that they could steal the presidency, the median worker's wages rose from the $382 they were earning at the end of 2016 to $395, a real gain larger than the previous 20 years, combined!

As for the Left's racism and segregation, it's deplorable. Their constant degradation of people for immutable characteristics is either illegal or should be. The victims of their vile racial hate need to keep hauling their asses into court and making the racist bastards pay, pay, and then pay some more.

Segregation is the FORCED separation of races. The congress is obviously not segregated, because there are many races present.
There will obviously be more blacks among democrats, because democrats sympathize with racists- meaning with black who want to believe that meritocracy has nothing to do with getting the job, and everyuthing wrong with them can be blamed on white people and all white people are supremacists. That is not only racist, it's stupid. .
They are also the party eager to promise "Free Stuff" to buy black votes, which is pretty much the objective of the BLM and all those who want to be paid, hired and entitled on the basis of race rather than meritocracy.

Diversity IS NOT a qualification for anything, and it is not a substitute for meritocracy.
Forced diversity is just as stupid a thing as forced segregation. Only the dems are dumb enough to equate diversity with ability of a group body such as congress. They would elect a fool of color over a wise man, for no other reason- that to EXCLUDE another race, and THAT IS RACIST SEGREGATION.
IF we were actually white-supremacists, Obama wouldn't have been elected once, let alone twice.
There would be no more that 13% blacks in the athletic world either, because that is the proportionate share by race in our population.
