    Bullshit.

"With that being said, all I can do is ask the question, my people came to me, Dan Coates came to me and some others. They said they think it’s Russia. I have President Putin, he just said it’s not Russia. I will say this. I don’t see any reason why it would be, but I really do want to see the server."

What equivocation, not to mention his obsession with still fighting the presidential campaign he WON.

Guess he made you proud today. He made the rest of the western world cringe.

Although, I doubt you can help them do any better. Plus, I wont have to repeat myself.

This is what happens when you start with "I hate Trump" and work backwards.

Still looking for the part where Trump said he took Putin's word over that of the US intelligence apparatus.

You don't think that Navel exercise was planned months, or even years ahead? Don't think for a minute the Navy to it upon their self to do it without prior permission.

He didn't expressly say that. He equivocated and assumed partial American responsibility for Russian aggressive "misbehavior".

Why he even claimed that the mueller investigation was harming his relationship with russia? go figger.

That is exactly what appeasement looks like.

You you then agree your statement that "[trump] believes Putin and doesn't believe the entire American military and intelligence infrastructure" has no basis in fact.

I see the RW crazies are still around. Go figure. It's true that nobody of any importance pays any attention to Trump anymore. Haven't for months. What happened to Trump's ban on transgender people in the military for example. The brass ignored him. Trump's threat to hit NK with a preemptive nuclear strike ran right into the four star that would have to authorize that - nope, nada, no way the silos stay shut. Forget Commander in Chief, Trump has lost the military.

Trump has lost the Senate, he has lost the justice system too. The only people he hasn't lost are his mindless followers that will stand for anything because they stand for nothing. Trump could be caught sleeping with Maxine Waters and his base would applaud.

You can bet the front and back channels are glowing red hot as Washington scrambles to undo what the master of disaster has done. The Senate passed a "don't worry it's not us it's just him" resolution to assure our allies that America had not lost its marbles to a moron. Putting Mike Pompeo in State assures damage control will happen at the highest level. The thing I'm waiting for is the inevitable bailout from this last supernova of stupid.

Trump's words are a matter of record. If you read them as a vote of confidence in US intelligence services, the Trump Justice Department, The Republican-rub Senate Intellgence Committee, Trumps Secretary of State, and all the Republican politicians who acknowledge Putin's having undermined the US democratic process, and a patriotic rebuke to Putin for having done so, good luck trying to peddle that one.

Yep I agree.....and we knew the goalposts would be moved just to get an attack on Trump supporters.

Of course they think all their enemies on the Right are Trump supporters. But hey they got their smart phones, Right?

Trump defeated Hillary, and they hate him for it. Hate him.
Everything they do stems from this.

I don't know if Trump believes Putin or not. But I do believe he is trying to open the door to better relations with Putin. You get far better results being on friendly terms than you do in constant confrontations.

We are not going to attack Russia, Syria or Iran and things are not going to get better unless we have a way to get Russia to rein them in. While the Left want to talk tough, they said damn little the way Obama handled Russia. Talking tough sounds good, but how has it worked out for us so far in getting anything settled in the Middle East? There is only one way we can get Iran, Syria or N.Korea to do anything and that is with Russian and Chinese help. Don't expect that to happen as long as your will to keep up the confrontations with Russia and China. Yes, it sounds good to bellow out, but actions mean more than words. Even though you don't like the words Trump utters, his actions has shown he is much tougher than Obama was, but he's willing to compromise if that can bring on better relations. It's not much different than what Reagan did and it worked for him.

Its not just Trump....its any on the Right. Even the Never Trumpers they use as patsies. Moreover if it would have been any other Repub they would have done the same thing. Including Jebe Bush who thought it was going to get handed to him.

Now we all know what they will do going forward. Next time it will be worse and they will cause that Civil War to Jump off. Might take them until 2028. Which will really stoke up their fire.

Although Trump will really damage them for the next 50 years once Ginsburg or Breyers hits pasture.

Are you at all familiar how Russia first became a member of the G7 making it G8? Are you at all familiar with the American support and financing that helped Russia make the transitition to democracy? Are you at all familiar WHY the promise of a peaceful russia was wasted by Putin's OWN ACTIONS. It wasn't america's actions, it wasn't democrats actions, it was RUSSIAN ACTIONS.

and you and trump want to give them a pass. How pathetic and unamerican can you get.

No, its has NOTHING to do with hillary. The only ones obsessing about hillary are Trump and the trumpettes and his allies.
So much so, that he delved into partisan politics on the world stage to the benefit of Putin.

The problem with putting America first is that it would put Donald second, at best. . . . He takes credit for successes only, and blames failures on America.

For some reason, he seems to admire (or maybe envy?) despots.

Trump pushed his personal agenda, not the national interest, at Putin summit

    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/16/tru...enda-not-the-national-interest-at-putin-.html

President Trump’s stunning news conference with Vladimir Putin becomes understandable once you recognize that he was advancing his personal interests, not those of the United States.

Trump faces political and legal jeopardy from the Justice Department investigation of his 2016 campaign and Russia. His former campaign chief sits in jail. His former national security advisor has plead guilty to a felony and become a cooperating witness for special counsel Robert Mueller. Long dependent on Russian money in his businesses, Trump has balked at answering questions from prosecutors himself.

Against that backdrop, comments that Republican Sen. Ben Sasse called “bizarre” make sense. Trump spoke most emphatically in discrediting the Mueller investigation.

You are the one that made the claim. I challenged your claim. It is up to you to provide the proof.

Does Russia have compromising information -- "Kompromat" -- on Trump?

The issue came up point-blank and Putin and Trump sidestepped the question.

What neither man said was "no."

Putin was asked directly, "Does the Russian government have any compromising material on President Trump or his family?"

"And now, to the compromising material," he said. "Yeah, I did hear these rumors that we allegedly collected compromising material on Mr. Trump when he was visiting Moscow. Well, distinguished colleague, let me tell you this: When President Trump was at Moscow back then, I didn't even know that he was in Moscow. I treat President Trump with utmost respect, but back then when he was a private individual, a businessman, nobody informed me that he was in Moscow."

Putin then segued to all the rich and powerful people who visit Russia and how he can't keep track of them, and he rambled on, never dealing with the question.

Everything Putin says is planned in advance and in detail. Nothing is left to chance. He knows more about the American media than a New York Times reporter. He knew what they would ask before they asked it. He is everything Trump isn't.

In other words, he was telling the world, yes, we have "Kompromat" on Trump without really saying so. Remember, to this intriguing question, he never said no.

A President who can be extorted by a hostile foreign power should be removed from office!

In other words, he said no such thing. It is hard to imagine the Russians having anything on Trump that the democrats have not already accused him of.
