In my age group I have a 99.996% chance of not getting infected and dying from Covid.

You mean just like the government should mandate that health insurance companies calculate the enormous medical costs on them brought about by enrollees and their family being admitted into the hospital with smoking related diseases cause by smoking a pack a day, and mandate that the insurance companies pass this cost onto these enrollees in the form of higher health insurance premiums?
