Things We Righties Can Live Without

You canceled them out of your life. Your fellow Trump worshipers are telling everyone to cancel them. Hell, FoxNews ran a list of them that people should cancel.

 

While those things are true- there is more, and a very important more.

There are some facts here that get little real attention.

!- (Are you listening, President Botchit?) The vast majority of gun homicides are done with handguns, not rifles- yet most of the anti-gun rhetoric focuses on rifles, primarily demonizing the ubiquitous "assault rifle".
Why?
Because the second amendment was written to insure that the people could defend themselves against a corrupt and oppressive government, should one ever arise.
In that particular scenario, the rifle would be the predominant weapon.

2. IF you are not going to do anything that make it necessary for the people to defend themselves from their own corrupted government, WHY do you want to disarm them so they can't?

3. (Are you listening, President Botchit?) The Second Amendment is not arbitrary, it is totally and explicitly clear.

"The Right of the People to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED".

4. What does "infringe" mean? To "Infringe" means to encroach on or in any way interfere with a right or process. ANY way.
What are "Arms"? Any weapon. Any size, caliber, range, magazine size- they are all arms. The arms carried by the people at the time of the writing of the constitution were identical in nature to those carried by the military- thus, people had equal arms. We have voluntarily accepted many limitations to the right to bear arms- BUT NONE OF THAT GRANTS LICENSE OF ANY KIND TO INFRINGE ON THE GRANTED RIGHTS OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT.

The real political pressure on guns has virtually nothing to do with the safety of the people- but the safety of expanding corruption in government. The talk about the safety of you and I is nothing more than a sales pitch.

Our new "President" hasn't done anything right or well yet, it's becoming more obvious everyday that he is the paid spokesperson, the puppet of other powers. While he may stumble in trying to quote anything from the Constitution or Declaration of independence, he's not so stupid he never knew what they mean. Diminishing capacity has left him unable to remember; his decades long craving for and pursuit of the title of president has lead him to sell his honor and self-respect to get it.... Sadly, something far too many politicians do

 

I never understood how people can get so outraged about differing opinions that they would remove things they enjoy from their life. I can't imagine ever being that worked up and angry that I would want to cut out things I enjoy.

 

Such as? Perhaps- losing your freedom? Seeing your government become your adversary? What kind of things exactly are you referring to?

 

Can your collection of tools automatically sync your appointment calanders so you and your wife can see all your appointments on all devices after adding an appointment on just one device?

If you read mail on your phone, does it show as having been read on your other computer devices? Do deleted messages get removed from your other devices?

Things may have improved. I don't try very hard to keep up on this kind of issue.

I'm not sure if I'll take action on this. I do use my phone and tablet as general purpose computers and I like the keystrokes needed and options available to be identical.

Android has a couple significant problems that Apple doesn't have, I think. One is that printing is pretty broken - my home network has printers and scanners, but I can't use them from any Android device. I'd have to buy new devices, but I like the devices I have. The other is that the Android file system is total crap.

 

I had a couple Androids over the years, and might have stayed with them but the rest of my family (wife and two kids) had Iphones and it was just easier to match with them. Perhaps now that both are out of the house and may eventually come off my plan I will change back, but that would include starting over again with all my Apps and I do not think it would be worth the effort

 

Good points. Same apps is far easier and staying with one seems easier, too, though I have a windows main computer that is clearly different than Android in most ways.

 

Hmmm...you forgot Trump. Most genuine conservatives left the Republican Party during his term of office. And, unless you more socialism and Marxism, you might want to take a look at bringing your economic views into the 21st century.

 

Wow, the genuine conservatives are the people most supportive of Trump. Its the phony RINO types that fled the party to join in with the defunct Lincoln Project. None of those idiots including other former administrative appointees of Trump who wrote silly books defaming Trump that are all but living in seclusion these days. My economic views go hand in hand with Trump's record breaking economic term in office. After all, Trump was one of America's greatest capitalist/entrepreneurs the nation has ever seen. So anyone supporting socialism and marxism as most lefties do is very much aligned with un-anti Americanism with a penchant to destroy our economy (as we see today with biden as potus).

 

Didn't know he had many supporters left. Many seem to be under investigation for sedition on January 6th. Haven't heard much from The Donald these days. Isn't the My Pillows guy still predicting his return?

Trump is not even all that good of a capitalist and he might be one of the worst entrepreneurs in the history of the country.

Not a single company Trump started on his own survived, they all failed.

Add to that the fact that over the last 30 years Trump's wealth has pretty much been stagnant.

The only thing Trump has ever been good at is selling himself to people like you.

 

He has perhaps more supporters than ever. As of the dems people watch president Botchit fumble the ball and pretend things are getting better, see law and order disintigrating and waste blooming like dandelions in spring- more and more of them are asking that old question- "What was I thinking??"

By comparison, Trump and his policies are looking better everyday. He may not run again- but someone like him will.

 

I've been an entrepenuer for 53 years. founded 8 companies, had one failure, and do business all over the world.
When you actually do things, there will be issues and failures- but they are outweighed by accomplishments.
I had one in 8 fail. Trump had 6 in 600 fail. The national average is 1 of every two new businesses within 5 years.
Trump would leave you at the starting line and lap you before you realized it was time to move.

 

Simply not true. Every company he has started has failed. Keep in mind Trump Inc was started by his Grandma, not by Donny. Trump steaks, Trump water, Trump Mortgage, Trump Shuttle, Trump Vodka...just to name a few have all failed.

His biggest claim to fame, The Apprentice was not even his idea and he had to be talked into doing it.

Oh please, enough Trump worship. My wealth has actually grown over the last 20 years, while Trump's has remained the same, if he is to be believed. I doubt his net worth is near as high as he pretends it is.

 

I doubt it. You allowed a nutcase to destroy your Party. And, most of his policies failed. He never hit his economic goals. He never finished his Wall. Etc., etc. Biden is TBD. Who knows...between the Bush mess (nice guy that he's become) and the Trump mess (nice guy he never was) it may require a generation to correct by a totally new President and Party.

Your people are pressing to destroy the police. the constitution, justice and freedom, while murder and all kinds of violent crime are running wild with their approval. You have teachers in universities telling students to go home and kill their parents. We should all hate the country, give it to anyone who want to walk in. The nation has never in my life been in the trouble it is today- and the responsibility for that lies totally on the left, which consists of liberals, progressives, socialists- and the "new" democrats that would sell their souls and their mother's soul for a vote. All the accusations made about Trump by the haters are now actually true under "Botchit" Biden.

But I'd bet your is a grain of sand in the bottom of the bucket compared to Trumps. Mine is, and my best day last year I made over 100K.
A lot of people licensed the brand name Trump- but Trump did not own those businesses. I see you count any that failed as his anyway.

Yes, it is less than Trump's wealth, but the sign of a good capitalist is growth, not stagnation. Trump's starting point was far higher than yours or mine. He has barely remained even.

Everything I listed was started by Trump himself and hocked by Trump himself. Take a look at Trump Shuttle. He bought an airline that had been profitable for more than 40 years and ran it out of business in less than 2. And he overpaid for the airline to begin with.

That explains why you do not understand economics or business. Trump is a liberal, so only a "lefty" would worship as you do.

If by that you mean I have no respect for people who have no respect for anyone or anything- you would be right. I see them as the trash of humanity, with little hope to ever become whole people.
You either embrace the idea of treating others respectfully and not interfering with their rights- UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU GOOD CAUSE- or you don't give a damn about anyone but yourself and those who feed your distorted ego.

It's clear that cutting the left slack and trying to believe they are not all drinking the same kool-aid or will some day mature and straighten up has proven to be a mistake. Grown children without self-discipline or good manners are dangerous, as well as unacceptable. .
