Nowhere does that say that the congress has the unlimited right to subpoena witnesses or information if the executive branch chooses not do so. It then goes to the court.

Admission of guilt? To what? No crime was committed. The only crime committed was the Democrats abusing the impeachment process for political purposes and it won't go unpunished. A lot of Democrat political careers died last week in the Senate chambers. Members of the House and Senate committed political suicide by casting their lots with Schiff and Nadler and Schiff and Co will be investigated for this, bet on it. This all began with a mole (whistleblower) in the White House in what amounted to espionage. If the "whistleblower" had legitimate concerns about the president's conversation it would have been been handled in a tightly controlled manner and not leaked to an outside party who shared it with multiple other parties who were not officially involved. Once "leaked" Adam Schiff picked up the ball and ran with it, embellished it, even lied about it. This was never about any wrong doing on the part of the president but very sloppy attempt to make it appear so to have an excuse to impeach him. You don't need to be an attorney to recognize that some laws may have been broken and this needs to be all sorted out but first there's an acquittal on tap and the president's re-election campaign. How do you like them apples Mr Schiff?
