    In many cases some just quit working when they are comfortable enough. How does that help the federal coffers?

    No, they shouldn't have to pay more than they are already paying. They pay far more than their fair share.

    Who hates the poor?

    And why do those who hate the rich expect the rich to pay for their stuff?

    What you far right don't get is that when DJT dumps us into a Great Recession or Depression, and Congress and the WH go blue, you are going to find the US once again living in a corporate welfare state like the 1930s.

    I know you're joking, but.... Wealth envy has actually become a societal cancer.

    "Enjoy" is very vague. They are comfortable enough that they are satisfied to live and procreate on welfare. We should begin hacking away at welfare, so it is not so comfortable, to discourage lazy folks from choosing welfare as a lifestyle.

    That is easy to answer!....The poor and middle class that dont pay federal tax get hosed on everything they buy....And there % is much higher!

    I dont see why any person should have to pay any tax, let the multi million dollar corporations pay what ever amount that keeps THE PEOPLE happy!

    Im sick of 25% of all fortune 500 companies pay ZERO!

    If the top 20% paying 87% of income taxes is not what they should be paying what should they be paying and what should the bottom 50% be paying? If this is not progressive enough what would be?

    Corporations do not pay taxes. They pass that cost on to the consumer. Who do you think that will hit the hardest?
