Cite it again. Quote exactly what it is that the Washington Post omitted. Any problem doing that? Do you think your screen is going to run out of ink or something?

It kind of does. You can only use the Washington Post so many times before they cut you off, unless you want to pay for it. I was cut off a long time ago.

He was complaining he could not breath BEFORE he was on the ground and collapsed to the ground. He was being placed under arrest. The autopsy said there was no asphyxiation and no strangulation that it was cardiac. He was the one who took meth and fentanyl and then struggled with the police resisting arrest with a heart condition that could kill him on top of the COVID he had just and which did.

I have no obligation to repeat myself.

Now deal with the facts. Are you still claiming he completely cooperated with the police and never resisted? Are you denying he was complaining of shortness of breath, not being able to get oxygen into his blood before collapsed to the ground? Are you denying he was still kicking while he was on the ground? If so go back to my post and refute it.

Of course he was murdered! It's on tape.

I think you got things mixed up. It's when Trump shoots somebody in the middle of fifth avenue that your supposed to not care. Not when you have a cop being filmed from every angle murdering somebody for the crime of "fighting for your life while black"

You are assuming murder and racism without any critical thought or evidence. Typical response from a lefty who sees whatever they want to see.

Here, I'll repeat my answer to you.

I've given out my suggestions before. We've had arguments before Golem. You know I've given out suggestions on what can be done. Saying what you just did just shows that you are just like those city, state, and federal leaders. You don't care about actual solutions. You only care about your side winning and as such are a part of the problem.

Generally when people give suggestions on how to fix things (particularly social problems) they have compassion, empathy etc etc. Which should have answered your question. That you didn't like how I answered or couldn't think beyond whether someone answered with a "yes" or "no" is a reflection of how you think. You prefer to think emotionally. When someone thinks emotionally they do not use the logic side of their brain. Which since its unused they do not know how to think logically. Its much harder to think logically than it is to think emotionally. Which is why logic is a learned skill. If you can't, or have trouble, thinking logically then yeah, you wouldn't have been able to see my answer. Which is plain as day to anyone that can think logically.

Now that I've lead you by the nose a bit, do you see my answer?

Damn you post have manifested to a "I hate cop's" feel about them. The best you will ever get will be involuntary manslaughter, but murder? Only over zealots will run that line and its situational and a lot of confusion/bystanders barking bullshit and with that sort of scenario 5-10 minutes flies by real while distracted quick within a volatile environment..

Always easy to call when the shoes are worn by another and judged from the cheap seat audience..

Both autopsies mention that the cause of death was contributed to by the force applied to him. Stop making excuses for murderers. They knew not to put him in that position because they suspected he was on something. Putting people on dope in that position KILLS them. They're trained on that. One of the other cops brings it up to Chauvin, twice.
They say "no vitals" chauvin continues kneeling on the man's neck.

This is leaving aside that putting him on the ground out of the car was excessive in the first place, because they had him secured in the vehicle already.
Excessive force is a felony. Felonies which lead to someone's death are punished as felony murder. If your felony kills someone because they have an underlying condition your felony exacerbates or triggers guess what? You killed them.
    See Eggshell Plaintiff theory.
    Come. Off. It.

More drama? Seriously? If you look at the video of them standing Floyd up, handcuffed and walking him to the cruiser. And then the video of two Officers trying to put him into the cruiser with the whole car rocking back and forth. And then the video of the Officer with his knee on the back of his neck holding him down. You realize that there was no violence put upon Floyd. Then when you factor in the M.E. report with all the drugs in his system, the heart disease and no physical damage to his neck or body. It becomes clear that Floyd was not murdered, in spite of the optics on the one video. These are not Doctors in an emergency room or surgical setting. These are cops on the street, called there to investigate passing of counterfeit money by some guy who was all drugged up. They aren't career criminal brutes. They are law enforcement officers who spent their adult lives serving their community. They did not abuse the man. They merely tried to arrest him and couldn't, probably because the methamphetamine in his system gave him a powerful advantage. But that and the other narcotics in his system, along with stress and physical exertion killed him via his bad heart.

And the studies show that they resist because, unlike white people, they are afraid of being killed. And that they are right!

In the end, it doesn't matter how you try to twist numbers. Black people know why people like Floyd were murdered by police. They know the reason the guy was in a panic, because the have felt it themselves. And the numbers confirm that they have good reasons to be fearful.

So, bottom line, either this changes, or protests will not end. Because the protests are justified. Easy as that.

Of course you don't! You are at complete liberty to say the first thing that comes to mind, and have no obligation to show any supporting evidence whatsoever.

We only expect that from rational people who want to be taken seriously. So... thanks anyway....

I'm not assuming anything It's on tape! Many tapes! Video and audio.

Don't bother, though. There is no purpose in discussing with somebody who was given a license to deny everything you see and hear.

Absolutely! And if you can't answer "yes" or "no" to the question "is the only reason why you don't murder people that it's against the law?", it's obvious that the answer is yes.

It is a bit like predetermined destiny. Some people slow down for green lights because they believe the light is about to change. But the very fact that they slowed down delayed them long enough so that the light did change.
They think they are going to be killed, so they resist. It is that resistance that results in them being killed.

Don't slow down for the light until it does change. Don't resist because that resistance is resulting in you being killed.

Thanks for proving my point. Even when led by the nose, those that only think emotionally will never get the answer.

It's all the post you keep dodging and which I have no obligation to repost just for you. But then this is your typical obfuscations instead on intellectual discussion.

I don't care about the paid for autopsy. The official autopsy said cardiac no strangulation no asphyxiation. They did not drug test him before HE COLLAPSED, they didn't put him on the ground and he continued to kick on the ground. He was experiancing cardiac failure BEFORE he collapsed, he was moving air while on the ground but still experiencing shortness of breath. Cutting of the carotids does not cause shortness of breath.

And you have to cut off BOTH. From just one side you cannot do that.

"Blood supply to the brain is not simply one artery to one side, other artery to the other. There are 4 main arteries, (two internal carotids and two vertebrals) that all "anastomose" or join together at the base of the brain in an area called "The Circle of Willis". From here, blood is supplied to the brain evenly. This design helps to ensure that if one carotid is obstructed, there is still adequate supply to the brain. This is why, when choking someone, you need to occlude BOTH sides. (Fun fact, in other animals like dogs and cats, the vertebral arteries are MUCH larger, and make it virtually impossible to make an animal pass out by carotid obstruction).

I see. So you put words I didn't say in my mouth. I do hate racist cops. On the other hand, I hate all racists. They make me sick! Can't help it. Cops in my area marched with the BLM protesters, took a knee with them, and the County sheriff even delivered a BLM speech. But you, of course, you wouldn't be able to differentiate between honest cops and racist cops, would you?

The only one that got murdered was Floyd. And he didn't get murdered by me. If you want to go into legal lucubrations about "plea deals" or how a jury would rule... not interested. The cop was aware of what he was doing, and kept doing it even after the guy was unconscious. And if he wasn't aware, he is a dangerous individual who needs to be locked up for life.

How dare they be concerned for the life of a black man!

    That's no justification for murder.

    He murdered him without violence?

    That's hysterical!

Floyd lived a thug's life and died a thug's death.

I doubt anyone feels any real pity for him. Some just want a martyr to mobilize the forces of destruction.

Yep! It's a cycle that is built into the system. It's part of our institutions at every level. This is why it's called "institutional racism".

OR: Don't kill them just because they resist. I think it's easier to start by training cops than by trying to convince the whole black population of this country that something that they have grown up seeing, and that their parents and grandparents grew up seeing, is suddenly going to change.

It's easier and preferable to remove cops who are unable to change from the force, than to remove black people who are unable to change from... the world.
