Because the government has been abused and violated the Constitution does not mean the abuse is acceptable or legal.

The supreme court also ruled in favor of eminent domain abuse in Kelo v New London (allowing the govt to take property from one person and give that property to another person to use as they see fit). The supreme court upheld slavery for many years, also Citizens United, upheld parts of the Patriot Act. Do you like all of those rulings? Or is the supreme court fallible?

 

Wrong. Many people obeyed to the extent required whoever was the current ruler. That does not mean they were Christian.

The Constitution does not permit a state religion.

The Constitution prevents the govt from interfering with the practice of religion. That includes allowing a religion to believe homosexuality is a sin and to ban gay marriage.

It's a bit odd how you made a sweeping generalization about RWs who must have been home schooled and didn't know anything about public education, yet seem to have an issue with someone who has spent a lot more time than you in the system talking about it - and then suddenly - "don't lump the entire education system in with a few bad apples" - generalizations are bad.

No, Righties do not like Public broadcasting because it presents all sides of an issue in it's news, it presents facts (especially hated by righties since they want their own "alternative facts"), it presents science (righties fear that), it presents quality programming( righties think commercials and The Simpsons are quality programming), it presents documentaries which fly in the face of racist, sexist attitudes of Repubs and finally, it makes things available to the low and middle income people whom repubs hate...

Onus is entirely on you to PROVE that the SCOTUS rulings in favor of the General Welfare of We the People in question are wrong. Since the legislation was passed by Congress and is the Law of the Land that makes it Constitutional.

Up to you to demonstrate that it isn't because allegations on your part are nothing more than your opinion.
