About the time of Obama's birth, a girl who was under a particular age who married a man from other countries, their children were presumed to be a citizen of the other country unless she had proof she lived in the USA for 5 years out of a period. His mom if you recall was outside the country.

For children born prior to the enactment of Public Law 99-653 on November 14, 1986 (e.g., Obama), the citizen parent's U.S. presence requirement is ten years, of which at least five years had to have been after the parent's fourteenth birthday.

Foolardi simply didn't read the law. He just made stuff up, per usual. This law only applies to Obama if he was born outside of the states. Since King Trump has declared that Obama was born in the US, I doubt any Trumpers have the courage to say otherwise.

Did you not see where I wrote that the rule, both in its new and old version, only applies to individuals born outside of the United States? So Obama's mother's age only matters if Obama was born outside of the United States. The question in that case is whether he should be granted US citizenship based on his mother's citizenship, which turns in part on whether the mother met the 10 year rule.
