You know who it is that are using them, but you don't have a clue where they are getting them from. Amazing how those on the right don't care who is supplying the documents or the folks who are employing them, you only want to punish the illegals.

 

Right, so someone coming from South of the Border has the ability to make fake IDs and forge documents. So they are coming equipped with a lap top, laminate machines, access to drivers license number and social security numbers.

 

Of course its a felony. Its also identity theft.

That's the point, who did you purchase it from? How do you know who to go to purchase it from? Why aren't these folks being arrested for it.

I did not conduct the investigation but apparently their documentation was reexamined and more closely scrutinized. I would think it is easier to check fake documentation than it was when they were hired. They admit to having false documentation in the op.

 

NJ has avoided e-verify... Most states have.

I don’t know. I know people do get arrested for their product. Hopefully they are telling the police, but it sounds like the ones now facing deportation bought them originally decades ago so it might be hard
