When you Screech racist at such a fever pitch to every and all things you disagree with you take away the sting of being called a racist. But because anyone and everyone who doesn't agree in lockstep with you is racist. So what this becomes is just a way for you to ridicule or attack people you disagree with what this does socially is that it removes the bite of the word.
