As for your side, they don't need to destroy evidence. The FBI, lead by Christopher Wray, and DOJ, led by Merrick Garland, buries it and refuses to act upon it. The Joe and Hunter Biden have never been vindicated. Their activities are simply ignored.

Trump should have to suffer for what he has done and ought to pay for it. I've read exerpts in news articles. I havn't read the entire 49 page indictment itself. If you have a link, I'll browse it.

I understand the purpose of the Espionage Act is to prevent US citizens from collaborating with our national enemies against the US Military in a time of war. Are there any mentions in the indictment of Trump's docs or the classified information therein making it from his possession into the hands of a hostile enemy foreign power? Because if not, then its not 'espionage' and using the espionage act to indict him is merely an excuse.

 

Disagree. The reverse is true. This is about a mentally, emotionally, morally deficient man that brought this upon himself. Like the others all that was necessary was to return what was taken, but inexplicably equal treatment wasn’t good enough for him. He needed the country to carve out an exception to accommodate him. Opportunity after opportunity was met with rationalizations, lies, and excuses.

People of all political stripes should be concerned that a man of his status is incapable of taking responsibility for his own actions and can convince others they too aren’t responsible for their actions but rather an ever shifting other is responsible.
