    Where did you get that she beat phones to death??? Her tech person was the one who cleaned her server before returning it. The utility program he used is available to anyone online for free.

    Comey all but admitted she had committed a crime. "We aren't going to pursue prosecution, but that doesn't mean someone else, in the exact same role under the exact same conditions wouldn't be prosecuted."

    IOW - She's royalty, it's her turn, and she gets a pass.

    Before I get rid of old outdated PC's I have owned, I ALWAYS make sure that no one can obtain anything related to me from it, and that includes destroying components if necessary.

    Hillary was subjected to two lengthy congressional hearings one by Darrel Issa and one by Trey Gowdy. One related to Benghazi the second related to emails. Neither wound up disclosing anything worthwhile or in the least prosecutable.

    Over two thousand classified emails were found on Hilary's server. One of which was above top secret. The server was not certified to send, receive or store classified information nor was it located in a secure location which is required for any device handling classified information.

    You seem to be assuming their actions are identical and merit the same resultant punishment...or lack thereof. That is not the case. Thus a false equivelency is born.

    Not according to anybody (Democrat or Republican) who are trained, are professionals and whose job it is to determine if she meets the criteria. Again and again she has been exonerated. Both in Republican investigations and official investigations. And the latter both during Democratic administrations and Republican administrations.

    I'm not a big Hillary fan, but it's clear that she is the most exonerated politician (or person) in the history of humanity.

    Not at all. If they broke the law, they deserve to be punished. The punishment should be similar to HRC's. Say ten times her punishment. Would you prefer another number? A hundred times or even a thousand times her punishment?

    After the hysteria created, and still obviously pursued, over the Hillary emails by the right wing, it gives even more credence to the idea that they should scrupulously avoid even the perception of the destruction of any government records and communications.
