Asylum seekers are required to report to an authorized port of entry and submit the proper paperwork. The moment they crossed illegally they became criminal aliens, no longer eligible for asylum status...

 

Their kids are being held hostage and they are told they can get them back if they give up their asylum claim. That is evil.

 

It appears that Trump has shut down asylum at ports of entry.

 

Do you proof of that? Either way, if these people entered illegally, they are illegal aliens and need to be deported to their country of origin, they destroyed their own chances at asylum the moment they decided to break our laws...

How does that destroy that chances at Asylum ?

 

People who arrive at the border are told they have no room. Trump capped the total refugee allowances for Latin America at 1500, which they probably maxed out within a month or two.

 

So are your property lines(doubt you own property). Just imaginary lines drawn by humans. There is also an imaginary line a millimeter in front of your nose. If something crosses that line with a fist, or a baseball bat, you run screaming to the cops, and for good reason. These imaginary lines as you call them are so important people have died for them. Laws are enacted to protect these lines. So time to come into the waters of reality, the real world, which exists while your self made imaginary world is just inside your particular skull and has no relation to the reality the rest of us live in.

As illegal aliens they are detained and categorized separately than if they went to a port of entry and applied for asylum. If their illegal entry is decided by the courts before any asylum request they will no longer qualify due to the outcome of the previous immigration violation...

 

Then they should go home and wait until next year, entering illegally is not a solution for them or us...

By criminal gangs, and crime is not a valid reason for seeking asylum in the US or anywhere in the world. There is no validity for these claims of asylum in the first place, its simply some window dressing placed their by liberals to help try and dampen the reality, they are just another group of illegal aliens. Its about the same as calling them 'undocumented immigrants', attempts to confuse the reality of the situation doesn't actually change the situation...
