The asylum claim is bogus. Already determined not to be a legit asylum seeker by the Mexican gov

Which one of those is crime? I saw, race, religion, nationality, political opinion, and social group. Sessions just changed some of the criteria as well, so you might want to do a little more in depth research than wiki.

If they were legit asylum cases, they'd already have asylum in Mexico. Your argument is high on emotion, low on credibility

Your recitation of the Child Rippnig/Wrenching story is.

You know as well as I do that those "families", being dubious to many of the family relation claims, are just there to ease the adults into the country. They show up and apply for asylum with child in tow knowing that the child can't be held longer than 20 days and the asylum process takes much longer, presto bango, released into the US population because of the kid, never managing to make their court date(s)..

Now I hope we don't separate "families" anymore, but lock them all up until the asylum process is completed. Free Ride is over.

Many applied in Mexico. Others are applying in the US.

You think everyone in the world is lying except Trump, don't you? Most of the asylum cases are very strong, even with Sessions declaring rape and domestic abuse are ok.

Criminal gangs fall within the realm of asylum if the government can't or won't stop them.

That's funny? Our government pulling children away, holding them for weeks, then proposing the parents waive their rights if they want to see their children? That's funny?

You apply in the first country you enter. They were denied by Mexico because they were bogus asylum apps

Nonsense. I havent seen that posted anywhere. Not that it would make an application less valid.

I want a patchwork system of non-state mutual aid networks to replace the government and capitalism entirely

The basic unit I envision is Stirner's union of egoists. This concept describes voluntary bands of people for specific common goals on a leaderless basis, formed at will by anyone who wants to start one. I believe in doing things yourself and with friends, because nobody else will take care of you.

If they have not applied in Mexico, then they need to go back and apply. If they were denied by Mexico for not having a valid case, then they don't have a valid case. If they had a valid case, they would have asylum in mexico. Under no circumstance do they get asylum here

Then their attackers should be charged with assault and battery and go to jail.

That dog don't hunt. Every one of those countries get foreign aid from the US to fight the war on drugs and these gangs. If that aid isn't or can't help we should stop giving it...
