I am attempting to mount a campaign for the office of National Leader of Canada's Conservative Party....
I have decided to begin with an anti-feticide bill.......
that will probably get me some support from the pro-life community......

but when I present my case for something of a treaty between Conservatives with the LGBT community.....
many of those pro-lifers will tend to be offended.......

but..... until they are offended..... I will hang around with them......

Oskar Schindler hung around with all kinds of people who
thought very differently than he did.

    and....
    http://www.politicalforum.com/gay-l...ristian-cooperation-decrease-persecution.html
LGBT and Christian cooperation to decrease persecution....

I have already campaigned for public office three times in the past and plan to do so
    again in the near future.

One of my primary goals will be to get groups of people who were
fighting with each other in the past to begin to discuss ways in which
    they perhaps could cooperate.

Now that I have left the Liberals and joined Canada's Conservative
Party I am in a better place to promote ways that Christians with a
somewhat more liberal understanding of the scriptures could work
with the LGBT community in order to save lives in nations where members of
the LGBT community are persecuted, tortured and executed......
along with Christians and other religious minorities.

You will ONLY hear this from Donald Trump. The Saudis hired Hillary Clinton as their employee and she is submissive to them as they claim a woman should be.

    - - - Updated - - -

What you presented is absurd, truly absurd.

You support silence about atrocities against LGBTQs around the world. Why you hate gay so much? What did any gay ever do to you? Afraid you will offend Islamic homophobes who want to harm gays lest you not tote the Clinton-Democrat party line?

    You are correct JakeJ.....
The Donald for all his many flaws impresses me as being the
USA Presidential candidate who would ACTUALLY try his best to
save the lives of members of the LGBT community who live under Islamic rule......

frankly..... the political leaders of many Islamic nations might well instruct their
police and security personnel to take it easy on Gay people, Christians and Yazidis and other minorities.....

beginning on November 9, if The Donald is elected President!

You don’t even understand how foolish you’re making yourself sound with your continued logical fallacies intended to deflect attention away from the facts about Trump and your inability to refute what I’m saying and to defend him.

This is just another red herring of the type that you resorted to before but by stooping to lies about me, and a personal attack also a much worse kind of fallacy. This is what you just did. You committed a.......

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/14/gay-marriage-inevitable-americans_n_2876601.htmlTu quoque /tuːˈkwoʊkwiː/

You accused me of supporting silence on persecution of gays

You accused me of hating gays, (while anyone who knows anything about both of us knows who the hater is)

You accused me of defending Muslims for their treatment of gays. All of that is false, off topic and a smokescreen to hid the fact that you can’t defend Trump.

And in doing so, you seem to be stupidly seem to suggesting that we engage in nation building- to meddle domestic issues of other countries- perhaps even by force. This country – Obama and Clinton exert pressure when and how they can on human rights issues. All issues have to be viewed in the context of this countries over all interests. Being realistic is not condoning the abuse. These are countries that do not have any history of democracy, they do not have a tradition of the separation of church and state, and they do not relate to the issue of human rights as we do.

I don’t believe that anyone could actually be so stupid as to not understand that. Rather, you are just exploiting the situation to try to make Obama look bad, to pretend to care about the plight of gays and bash Muslims in the process.

So tell us bubba, WHAT WOULD YOU DO ABOUT SAUDI ARABIA? WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TRUMP TO DO??

You're joking, right? Hillary Clinton is MRS. Wars for Nation Building. She has supported EVERY war, every bombing, every drone strike, and government overthrow and every civil war. She intensely want to put the USA military into Sryia, wants the USA to shoot down Russian aircraft, brags of being endorsed by an ex CIA director who openly said he wants the USA to assassinate Russians and wants to renew the Cold War going back to the 1980s - where she is forever stuck.

There is nothing to defend Trump on concerning gay rights. There is decades of the indefensible for Hillary Clinton.

You have yet to explain why Trump was wrong about supporting gays being allowed to openly serve in the military and the Clintons demanding gays in the military be thrown out.

The silence ME governments bought from Hillary Clinton concerning torture, imprisonment and murder of gays is a deafening silence - and your silence shows you are so submissive to the super rich elites of the Democratic Party you dare not open your mouth about it too. You are like most people who claim to support LGBTQ rights, but actually do not in any real way. Only willing to support equality when it is popular and acceptable to do so, otherwise keep your mouth shut.

Claiming to be pro LGBTQ rights on a forum behind an ID is safe. But you dare not ever criticize ANYTHING about Hillary Clinton because she is your apparent master, just like the elites and super rich - even who have gays tortured and killed - are her masters.

What would I have Trump do?
    1. Publicly and worldwide condemn all countries that abuse LGBTQs.
    2. Become energy self sufficient so to no longer finance the spreading of the Islamic religion of hate and murder of LGBTQs.
3.By #2, strip their power, not just the Saudis, but the entire expanding fundamentalist Muslim empire, which is built on oil money.
    4. Prohibit anyone who does not disavow any and all forms of discrimination from refuge status, obtaining any VISA or immigrating to USA.
    5. Send no more money to Iran.
    6. Kill ISIS.

We know what Hillary Clinton do because we know what she did in the Senate and as Secretary of State - accepted their blood money in exchange for silence about abuse of women and LGBTQs and to become their advocates for the wars the super rich Muslim tyrants and dictators want to use our military for their purposes.

In terms of women's and LGBTQ rights in the ME and Muslim world, Hillary Clinton is the enemy.

If you had ANY integrity, had the ability to not just be submissive, you would just admit you do not like Hillary Clinton on LGBTQ issues in the past and internationally, but then claim there are other collectively more important reasons you support her. Trump is a social liberal and you (and everyone) knows it. Hillary Clinton is an old Arkansas Dixiecrat who never acted in support of LGBTQ rights and only acted against them or refused to anything at all.

I understand, however, as bad as Trump might be, Hillary as an alternative is much worse, Hillary to use an analogy is like a Physician that wants to amputate a limb, when there is a very good chance to save a limb by other means, medications, surgery, painstaking work as debridement and other treatment plans, those type of Physicians are not interested in the Patients welfare as much as simply maintaining the status quo, Hillary is more kin to a parrot, repeating old tripe, than finding solutions.

You continue to misrepresent me by making things up about what I believe in.

You are critical of Clinton for what you believe are her hawkish policies, but you won’t or can’t say what she should have done as secretary of state, or should do as president to ease the plight of gays.

You claim that there is nothing to show that Trump is anti-gay while ignoring every piece of evidence that I have presented to the contrary. Quite frankly, I don’t know what he really believes about LGBT issues or for that matter most anything else, so I go by his current words and his associations which are not pretty.

You demand that I explain why “Trump was wrong about supporting gays being allowed to openly serve in the military” when I never said anything of the kind so that is just another strawman.

When someone comes up with a rational and workable policy approach to dealing with the human rights of LGBT people in the middle east, I will support it whether is comes from a Republican, a Democrat or anyone else.
It is clearly you who is feigning a pro-gay stance while playing them off against the Muslims and using them both to criticize Clinton.

Oh I see you did come up with something her. You know what, I can support it, and I believe that Clinton would too. But these countries are not going to change over night. Hell, we still have a long ways to go in this country.

In addition, it is patently dishonest to pint Clinton os one who ignores LGBT issues, or worse is hostile to them:

I stated a rational policy very clearly. You made no response to it.

Your stance, to the opposite, is to claim nothing can be done and then blattering on irrelevantly about church and state as a defense for total apathy and inaction. Your response is pure apathy. Hillary Clinton's response it to get money from them for her own agenda.

I actually don't believe that you are still here after the overwhelming reality check that I heaped on you. I most certainly did respond to the policy proposal that you posted and said that I agreed with it. I also posted what Clinton ]'s position is and contrasted that to the Republican's but you seemingly can't respond to that. Unless you have something new, we're done here.

If true we know exactly what Trump rented and sold. What the money was for. With Hillary and Bill Clinton their response is they don't know why the tens and hundreds of millions were given to them, including into their own personal pockets. But everyone knows why. Some admit it. Some do not.

What is wrong factually with your messages is trying to concoct that Trump is anti LGBTQ because he is running as a Republican, when it known that the Cruz religious rightwingers attack him exactly because he isn't anti LGTBQ and overall because he is a social liberal and always has been. The best that can be said along this lines about Hillary Clinton is that she will be for LGBTQ rights to the extent polls show she should be.

The one who, this year, made the big difference is Donald Trump. It was no small matter for him to stand before all the delegates at the Republican convention - knowing many oppose gay rights - some vehemently - stating he fully supported equal rights for LGBTQs. When has Hillary Clinton ever gone against the political winds of the Democratic Party like that?

He also outright has gone against the Republican neocons - big time - and for which they openly and literally are campaigning against him and for Hillary Clinton. WAR, bombs, civil wars, Cold war - all are astronomically profitable. Trillions.

This is NOT a typical election. Hillary Clinton is NOT a liberal or progressive on foreign policy, She is a hawk. She probably is liberal to various degrees on welfare and social programs and is a globalist. Trump is a mostly anti-neocon and in some ways a conservative capitalistic and nationalist.

^ Those two sentences are the REAL differences between the two. All the non-stop personal attacks against Trump or Clinton are to divert from those two real issues categories.

This is what the experts have declared. If the election is foremost about Hillary Clinton, Trump will win. If the election is foremost about Trump, Clinton will win. Therefore, the corporate press and media will keep the topic every day, every night, about personal attacks against Trump.

And us peasants go right along with this. Notice how few threads are about issues compared to about personal attacks?

As for this topic, Donald Trump standing before the RNC and declaring he supports equality for LGBTQs was a massive turning point and victory for LGBTQ rights, regardless of what you think of Trump otherwise. And put on a personal friend and business associate who is gay. Trump could have just said nothing either way. That was Trump declaring the religious rightwing zealots will not control him. And the applause he received meant it was a final done deal even in the Republican Party. Big victory for gay rights however you look at it.

Sorry, looking back I missed this message.

Candidly, all in all, setting "debating" aside, it likely we both fully support gay rights equality and SSM. Where we likely disagree is how much other people can be forced to interact with gays as a condition of employment and probably on current demands in regards to transgender.

The Donald's ideas on our relationship with Syria......
are certainly more well informed than Secretary Clinton has been.......

(more well informed than I was as well because I have to admit that when
the Arab Spring began I thought that it was a basically good thing.... and I had
no idea about the statistics that Jeannette gave in another topic):

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...ghts-96-arabs-want-genocide-all-alawites.html
Why Assad Fights - 96% Arabs Want Genocide Of All Alawites

    ......
I am sure that of all the fifteen G. O. P. Presidential hopefuls that were in the race in 2015.....
The Donald is the one who would do more to protect the rights and freedoms of the LGBT community......

and..... he is the President who I also believe will do a better job of protecting the LGBT community from
terrorism in America.... .or persecution if they are minorities in an Islamic nation.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/gay-l...r-protect-lgbt-community-islamic-nations.html
Which President would better protect LGBT community in Islamic nations?
And of course... here in North America as well?

........Who will protect LGBT people from terrorism.... and persecution.Voters 1. You have already voted on this poll
    President Hillary Clinton 0................................0%
    President Donald Trump 1..........................100.00%
they will both be the same in this area 0..........0%
    I am undecided yet.

Truly astounding! This thread is about Trump and LGBT rights yet you continue to blather about all sorts of thing related to Clinton. You ignore the extensive factual information that I posted about each candidate with respect to LGBT issues which clearly shows who would be good and who would be bad for LGBT people. You cannot respond to it or refute it but continue to post your baseless opinions on the subject. Pointing to a few scattered things that Trump may have said that were favorable to LGBT issues- mostly in the remote past- does not make your case.

And you continue to post asinine misrepresentations of me, this time saying that I am trying to "concoct that Trump is anti LGBTQ because he is running as a Republican" when I never said that. The fact is that I do not know why he is anti LGBT but that does not change the fact that he is-although I'm sure that being a Republican has something to do with it given what we know about the GOP platform.

As I said, if you have nothing new-and apparently you don't, we're done here.

I can think of thousands of reasons not to vote for Hillary Clinton.
Topping that last is that she is a treasonous criminal.

I can think of a couple reasons why i shouldn't vote for trump. The top of that list pales in comparison to the list against hillary. How he personally feels about lgbt folks really doesn't even register on the list. I don't care.

So no i don't like either candidate but I vote, in this case as wroth many elections i pick the least worst.

I have to vehemently disagree with your assessment of Clinton but that would be for another thread. For now, I will just say that I am aware of her "dark side" but few people who make to where she is do not have one.

So you don't care what Trump thinks? Fine, but it seems to me that you would care about what he would do as president and what his appointees -particular judicial appointees- would do with respect to the gains that have been made by LGBT folks.

No it wouldn't. You wouldn't have any grounds to disagree with me on.
But there is a difference. Where a candidate may have slept around on their spouses, had some shady business deals and so forth. That isn't treason. No is it spitting on the troops that served our country. Bill Clinton, Obama, and hillery have all done that.

No, thoughts don't matter only actions. Based on his actions I don't think he feels any particular way about lgbt folks. The republican party does but he is an individual.
Being that he is more liberal I think he'll make good choices. Hillery would choose justices to erode or rights.

Obviously we are not going to agree on much on this topic. I will say, however, that I accept the possibility that I am wrong about one or both of them-in whole or in part- but I doubt it. More likely, if Trump is elected you and many others will be having buyers remorse and I will be saying "I told you so"

Maybe we should go back to ganging up on Dixon.

Maybe rare, but sometimes possibly I am astonishing.

No you have not given reasons why Trump would be bad for gays, rather just generic anti-Republican reasons.

SSM and gay rights is already a decided issue before the Supreme Court. There still is the issue of people required to use the restroom matching their genetic sex, which is a trans issue not a gay rights issue, and issue we likely disagree with, and hair splitting issues over whether people are required to participate in gay religious rituals as a condition of their employment, which we likely also disagree on.

Just a few final points and then I'm out of here:

Same sex marriage could conceivably be overturned with the appointment of a couple of ultra right justices.

There are still the issues of discrimination in employment and housing

The issue of Trans gender people and bathrooms is made up equine excrement and is a backlash against rights that LGBT people have won.

"....people are required to participate in gay religious rituals as a condition of their employment"?? That is nonsensical blather.

    By now .

Regardless of who gets elected people will have voters remorse. I don't think i will however. Because if trump wins hillary would not have. And where i may not agree with what he does as I did with George Bush and Rick perry as governorof my state. But I won't call that voter's remorse. I was glad Al Gore and John Kerry weren't president. Thrilled that bill white didn't get elected as governor.

But yes we will disagree on this. I am a libertarian with a conservative lean.

I don't talk to Dixon much anymore. I have seen everything he has to say.
