The second someone lays hands on you in an environment where the assaulted is grossly outnumbers things get complicated. His defense will undoubtedly present digital evidence of recent Liberal rioting, looting and destruction of private and public property. Clearly he felt overwhelmed and his life was in danger, if he was handled in any way shape or form it will be tried as self defense and he will walk.

 

So if yelling isn't threatening, why is there a growing movement to run over protesters who block roads? They aren't being violent, annoying yes, but not violent. If yelling isn't threatening, why is running away from someone deemed threatening?

On the gun issue. The law is the law. A gun in a gun free zone is illegal and he should be prosecuted even if we think it may have saved his life.
