Trump team weighs military options in Syria, may try to remove Assad

Thankfully, you're downwind of me. You are simply unable to understand or admit the truth. Everything I described was reported widely by ALL media. You cannot lie about these things and expect to be taken seriously. Go talk to other trump supporters, they are the only ones who might believe a single word you have to say.

 

She just wrote a book about her devastating defeat. Blamed it on misogynists, among others.

Before she lost she was the shining light on the hill. The most brilliant, accomplished woman to have ever lived. The most brilliant politician of our times. The most qualified person to ever run for President. More.

 

That's a big part of why she lost, imo. She was so arrogant and entitled, she seemed to believe she was supposed to be given the presidency. It was simply HER turn! Pathetic.

It makes her look even cheesier to be pointing fingers and blaming others for her loss. She's such a control freak that you know she called all the shots. Her loss was well-deserved, and it's ALL on her. She has to grow a pair and take responsibility. Responsibility for giving the presidency of the United States to the one person on the planet who is even more disgusting, arrogant, and vile, than she is.

 

Democrats can take credit for Hillary as well. They're the ones who used the corrupt Clinton Machine to cheat her into the nomination. Debate questions, cheating Bernie, no matter what she did was fine. They are still weeping for her loss.

 

Here's hoping those words will translate into action as promised. Assad is a monster and Putin is assisting him. Both need to go. Assad to face justice, Putin at the very least out of Syria.

 

The question is (and long has been) what comes AFTER Assad.

There isn't any question about our ability to knock out Assad.

But, as we've seen in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Vietnam, etc. what happens after you've destroyed a government is THE issue, not just AN issue.

 

Well, you're right. The DNC was — and probably still is — corrupt to the bone. Hillary and Bildo owned it and used it to force Hillary down our throats (ughh. Sorry, if you're about to have dinner. Lol...).

I'm an Independent voter, and I voted for Hillary. Only because I think trump is really horrible. But it was a painful thing to do (the vote). And the thought of having Bill Clinton back in the White House made me gag. It was just about a toss up between her and trump, as far as I'm concerned. I can't stand either of them. But, in the end, I thought she is far more intelligent than trump. For me that was the deciding factor. I still believe that, even though I don't like hillary as a person, or as a candidate. We all had to vote for one of the two worst candidates in the history of this country, in my opinion. No matter who won, America would be the big loser. I still believe that.

In a nation of over 300 million people surely we could do better than these two. There just has to be a load of more qualified and capable people in this country.

 

I've been quite happy with Trump's non-establishment approach to governing, while being assailed from all sides, and in light of the apparent Obama conspiracy to spy upon him, plus the nonstop press attacks, he is proving more than the equal of his foes, and far more cutout for REAL LEADERSHIP than Obama ever was.

It's well past time some people posture up and face reality. Trump is the POTUS. He won, fair and square. There's not a lot more to be said.

 

I think what's clear is that genocide from ISIS is being continued under Assad, Putin and Iran as well as Turkey (Kurds in northern Syria). The rebels are desperate for America to get involved in the war, it's their only chance of survival.

If America gets involved the rebels will survive and the war will go on longer.
If America does not, the genocide will continue and the war will end when they are all dead.

It's nauseating... how do you sit back and watch this happen?

 

Because there is really no easy solution. Assad is totally unacceptable but has Russian backing and the rebels are an unknown quantity with clear ties to ISIS and no guarantees that they will be even slightly more humanitarian than Assad.

Now if you actually have a solution please feel free to post it.

But Assad's government is killing people. With chemical weapons. Yes, it is a concern what happens after he's out, but we can't stand by forever with our thumbs up our butts.
