So basically... you can not possible claim that there was a speeding car going towards the cops one bit with the evidence that there is around. The car who got shot at also hardly has any damage to it, except the bullet holes. So all the evidence points that the cops are lying. It's up for the cops now to prove otherwise. Without it,.. the conclusions just stand. The end.

The only evidence there is around shows something totally different happened....
as in, the initial thing that there was a suspicious car. The suspicious was a non stolen car with black people in it. The cops claimed it was speeding towards them. There is a video up disproving the claim. So it's just ugly.

And there is an utterly massive mountain of evidence around that show black people are treated much worse by the US justice system compared to others. So don't go pretend it aint happening.

 

They cannot disagree because I have not taken a position yet. I have only seen one side from a biased source and haven't seen body camera footage. Should I follow the flock and jump to outrage first? I would like to see the video of the actual shooting. Did you have a link?

 

Not my problem that the cops fail to put up evidence that support their claim while there is evidence where you can only conclude the cops are lying/

Its not up to the cops. they have policies on when to release body camera footage. On the one video that was all you needed to be outraged, the car was moving in reverse. I will delay my outrage until I have the information necessary to take a position. For now, we can just agree that it was a tragedy.

 

You got all that from a low quality iphone video taken at a bad angle. I"m not saying the cops aren't guilty, you've already tried and convicted them. I just have a hard time believing that more than one cop began firing for no reason at all. Like they woke up and said, hey let's go find some black guys sitting around and just start shooting.

The thing about these types of incidents is that the facts dont get released if its against the narrative.

Cars are considered deadly weapons when used to attempt ramming or running over someone. Cops follow a use of force continuum, if the suspect's behaviour is life threatening, they use lethal force. If he accelerated towards the officers like the article says e.g. tried to run them over, that's a big no no. Can't say more without body-cam footage.

 

That's a shame because the truth, peace and America are really worth protecting. It's hard to grasp people coveting strange things(clicks) more.

Just the the tiny video that's everywhere that only shows the shooting and the car backing up slowly.. We don't have before. But apparently there are other multiple videos and the cops have them all and are not releasing due to investigation procedures etc.

If the car Mr Yarber has no physical damage to it nor any other vehicles and that backing up speed is the cops validation to shoot? Ughh

Indeed. When the officers say this, and a video disproves it... than the statement of the cops is all we need to conclude they are lying.

 

The cops may have a point. It is easy to tell a car is in reverse and the video makes it obvious that it was. If it turns out that they killed a man complying with orders, they should be help accountable. Also, we should question why our laws only allow cops to carry guns.

The entire Baltimore police force got caught having a racist policy to hunt for black people and slap them around with bogus arrests and fines. These are just a couple of bad cops. But that's suddenly is way too much to grasp? lol

 

The video shows there is no car accelerating backwards. While it seems obvious you can't drive a car when you're riddles through with bullets so the car comes to a full stop against something eventually. The article even says the damage to the car is very minor.
