Nope. The lawyer of the family even posted that vid to prove that the cops lied. You're just an anonymous poster making something up. Nobody agrees with you. Says it all, flat earther.

Nobody can agree with me since I have not taken a position. You are welcome to be quick to outrage and insults. It is much easier than demanding evidence and thinking for ones self.

The video shows the car moving in reverse before the first shot was fired.

Your position is parroting the opinion of the cops, while claiming this is consistent with the video,... where the video is presented as evidence by the lawyer of the defended and you can't find anybody who agrees with you.... not 1 cop.

The San Bernardino county sheriff’s department said officers were responding to a “call of a suspicious vehicle” and attempting a “traffic stop” when Yarber, the driver, “suddenly reversed the vehicle” and hit a patrol car and then allegedly accelerated.

ALL Walmart have video cameras in their parking lots, guess we'll see whether the cops simply opened fire or "“suddenly reversed the vehicle” and hit a patrol car and then allegedly accelerated".

I would hope they had cop cams to back them up too, and they should be released, without cop cams I am less likely to take the police word for it anymore, no reason in this day and age not to have cop cams unless you have something to hide

You'll be able to see an overhead view from Walmart's parking lot cam's. The cops are acutely aware of the camera's overhead and likely wouldn't make up a story about the subject “suddenly reversed the vehicle” and hit a patrol car and then allegedly accelerated since they know it's all being recorded. Sounds like more crying wolf to me.

"executed"? Interesting choice of words. So, you are saying that the cops just picked a parked car at random and shot the people inside it that were eating a cheeseburger?

The sad music and sad pictures on the video doesn't add anything. The pictures of the vehicle do.

Not enough info as there is no accounting for why he was fleeing or what he was fleeing from. Maybe they had pot or crack in the car or shoplifted merchandise. No, this is not the worst instance of police shooting even if it was wrong, though there is not enough to say it was wrong and may well have been justified. I am always concerned with to shoot a driver the police also shoot other people in the car as they may well be innocent. Shooting innocent people to get a bad guy doesn't really work.

A car racing thru a WalMart parking lot is inherently extremely dangerous even if not aiming for officers. People wander out from parked cars all the time. Even if not out from cars, he he slammed into other cars it could crush whoever was between them as parked cars are not bolted to the ground. Usually you'd be better off being hit by a car than crushed between two car rammed together by being hit.

The article is false in the sense that it says he was driving away from the officers. That clearly is false given the shots are thru the windshield, across the hood and driver's door.

The relevant question is why did he try to flee? There had to be a reason. Whether or not we'll ever know is another question. If he was traveling at a high rate of speed after hitting police cars and racing past parked cars fleeing from the police this will be a deemed legal action by the officers.

If he was accelerating his car towards officers(or anyone for that matter), police were justified in opening fire.

No other large retailer has cameras and surveillance like Walmart. This should help objectively determine what happened if the incident was in range of this surveillance.

Oh, yeah, there is no such thing as privacy anymore.
