Unarmed Kid Murdered (part 9)

Looks like when Martin got suspended, they found jewelry in his bag, wedding rings, diamond jewelry and an alleged burglary tool. He did not say who gave them to him but got suspended because of trace marijuana since they have a zero tolerance policy.

They searched his bag because they were looking for a marker he used to write WTF on something in the school, he got caught on video.

Seems he also swung at one of the bus drivers.

So Zimmerman sees someone that is acting strange in the neighborhood and someone not from that neighborhood and so followed him.

So far Zimmerman's testimony on Treyvon pounding him is partially supported by a witness and his injuries.

This ain't as cut and dried as the vigilantes that want to hang Zimmerman seems to think.

what does it matter if he returned to his vehicle or not ? Why should he have done that, when that might cause him to lose sight of the person he had deemed to be suspicious ?

Also I this so-called struggle took place in a grassy area, so how did his head get beaten against the pavement.

Lastly, why wasn't Mr. Zimmerman transported to the hospital for his injuries. Wouldn't an xray be needed for a broken nose and someone's head that had been beaten on pavement or would that kind of kill your version of the story if you actually didn't have any injuries of the sort.

 

Goodness....Zimmerman CLAIMS he was returning to his suv when Martin attacked him but the phone records and location of the shooting prove that completely false.

Not to mention, given Zimmerman's obsession with pretending to be a cop and complaining those "ass (holes) always get away" who is really freaking stoopid enough to believe Zimmerman hung up with dispatch and was returning to his suv? Here's another piece of evidence. He had already told dispatch his location then told dispatch to have the cops call him when they got there so he could TELL THEM where he was. He planned on pursuing Martin when he got off the phone with dispatch and that is why he said to have the cops call him so he could tell them where he was.

 

The police report only said a bloody nose and a wound on his head. Since SFD treated Zimmerman in the back of the cop car and cleared him for release it is obvious, along with Zimmerman's actions, he was not hurt bad at all.

Now they are saying a broken nose, a laceration that needed stitches, and a fat lip.

We know Zimmerman was standing on the side of the road when he hung up with dispatch so if he actually did walk back to his suv he would have been there when the fight started at 7:16 when Martin's phone went dead.

We also have the Chief alluding to Zimmerman asking Martin if he lived there but now he is pretending he never said that. Zimmerman's claims keep changing as evidence comes in against him.

 

There is not much that can be done for someone that has both already decided guilt but invents "scenarios" and then believes them as fact.

 

So a black teenager walking in a neighborhood is considered "acting strange"?

What does Trayvons school issues have to do with Zimmerman shooting and killing him? He was "armed" with a bag of candy and a drink, Zimmerman followed him armed with a gun, and used it to shoot and kill him.

 

The obvious racism is witnesses who prove Zimmerman guilty are not "reliable" but people completely swallow anything Zimmerman says.

I don't know if you have difficulty reading, just skim a lot, or are inherently dishonest.

I clearly said that this does not make Zimmerman's story an accurate one, however, as I have admonished repeatedly, all of the evidence supports Zimmerman's story... which I suggested as a possibility.

No witness "heard" Zimmerman approach Martin... any more than they "heard" Martin approach Zimmerman. You cannot hear who is approaching who. The fact that Martin spoke first would indicate he was the more likely to be approaching Zimmerman.

You have no idea where he was, how far he was from his SUV. You have no idea of any of these facts. You have simply invented a scenario in your head, and will warp anything you hear to fit it. I on the other hand make no presumption of anything unknown. Trayvon MAY have questioned why he was running, as he had done nothing wrong, and in anger then confronted Zimmerman after sizing him up. Who knows? Not me... to be sure. If new facts come to light that disprove Zimmerman's side of the story I have no problem believing it, and calling for his imprisonment.

As I keep saying... you are inventing scenarios and calling them facts, when the facts have not been at odds with anything Zimmerman has said... and, for the Nth time, that doesn't make Zimmerman's story the truth... but as of yet there is absolutely nothing to indicate that it isn't.

This is like arguing with a truther. You invent a possible scenario, and just warp reality to fit it, no matter how much is demonstrated to dispel this notion.

The phone records, location, and the witness on the phone all prove Zimmerman lied. This is not an opinion. Even if you want to ignored the witness the phone record and location of the shooting prove Zimmerman lied. But you are so darn happy about another young black man murdered you want to celebrate the murderer and defend him even when the facts prove he lied.

You claimed his behavior wasn't racist due to crime but you have not shown if there were any blacks convicted of crimes in his neighborhood is the year prior to him murdering Martin. You closing your eyes to obviously racist behavior only means you love it.

I'm surprised somebody who's head was being bashed on the cement and who's nose was bleeding, was still conscious, let alone capable of screaming for help and even firing a gun.

Trayvon must of been a good fighter, but Zimmerman probably had a steal plate in his head, protecting his brain as his head was repeatedly smashed on cement.

 

The assumptions from everyone on this are amazing...As no one really knows what went down but most are willing to demand legal consequences from the BS and spin out there, I have to assume they are less interested in 'justice' than they are in political ends...
