Like who and what do they have to refute them? How would they know better of what they speak, how do they know what Durham has? Your simple dismissals refute nothing.

Naw they were working with a foreign agent to obtain Russian dirt on Trump to use to influence the election. They in fact bought and paid for that phony dirt and then working with contacts at the FBI turned that into phony evidence to present to a FISA court so they could spy on the members or associates of the Trump campaign.

"NOBODY opened an investigation of a presidential campaign. NOBODY. Thats beyond fantasy."

    I can't believe this.

How can you even type that?

    You prefer Politico?

"Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump backfire"
Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.

    Got anything to add now?

His policy is official policy and Presidents often use private emissaries and yes he has some control over such funds and as even the Democrat witnesses testified such holds are quite routine, He missed the reporting date to Congress by 10 days, oh wow impeach him. They didn't want Ukraine to know the funds were being delayed and telling Congress would be the best way TO inform them. Barr has been in Ukraine on setting up our mutual cooperation in those needed investigations, the ones our treaty requires.

    Actually it is fact.

"“The inspector general’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.

Ya know...on this matter there are at least FOUR Threads running, and Down Here, it is all rabbit holes for me.

Anyone want to dumb it all down with a simple, comprehensive (neutral) summary.

I have enough trouble keeping up with all the names in the impeachment thing, and now there is this overlay, and I am not sure it has anything to do with the impeachment thing.

Come on, gimme a hand here!

Pretty elaborate conspiracy theory there. Was carter page so important to the campaign? Why him? After he’d been fired?

Yes, failure. The IG report was a failure.

But go ahead and bet your life's savings on Durham and Barr locking everyone up you desperately want. LOL

You keep saying desperate, but I don't feel desperate, nor disappointed. The IG Report confirmed what I believed based on the evidence. Horowitz simply didn't want to go there. I'm going to go there. Crimes were committed. Not maybe, not I think. Not a right wing conspiracy. I feel confident enough to get indictments here and now if I were a prosecutor.

I told you, I have already read their responses. It changes nothing. Barr would drop to his knees and clean the **** off Trump's shoes with his tongue if asked to by his messiah.

The IG report was a dud of epic proportions. Anyone with half a gauge into reality saw this coming a mile away.

You'll have to ask those who incorrectly sought the warrants that. Clearly Carter Page had next to no information or evidence about the Russian conspiracy theory that so kept them up at night, yet they targeted US Person Carter Page and had to lie in order to do so.

    1. Lemme predict now. Bookmark me for fun. Barr and Durham will fail to indict anyone.
    2. I agree with you there. Senate Republicans are cucks with no morals or spines.

Why are you going to this extent in the hope that a scumbag like James Comey doesn't face jail time? I understand a democrat's defense for Hillary Clinton, but you should be ecstatic about Barr/Durham's extensive criminal probe and eventual indictments on crimes that were committed.

Unless you want it to be legal to commit perjury in courts. Good luck indicting ANYBODY under such a justice system. I mean, how are you going to get to the truth if lying is legal?

It changes what Horowitz reported and was directly refuted on that specific point. Durham has FAR more investigative power and authority and his investigation is much broader so when he comes out with such a rare statement I give it lots of credibility.

Not theory fact. He was an in they could work. He had already worked for them and helped them capture some Russian agents......OH THAT'S RIGHT they didn't tell that to the court.

Comey became a scumbag in your eyes because he refused to drop to his knees and worship Trump.

But good luck in your never ending quest to prove your failed conspiracy true. LOL

You give ANYONE more credibility as long as they worship at the same altar of Trump that you do. LOL

No, he lied, numerous times. Including on January 6, 2017. He should've been FIRED THEN. Long before we learned the truth about Crossfire Hurricane.

I imagine within the next few months. This report essentially is going to build on the other report. The reports always worked in tandem. What Barr/Durham essentially said was that the report's conclusions shouldn't reflect on the IG's conclusions. If Horowitz were relatively respectful of that process, he wouldn't have offered any conclusions.

Did they steal documents from the Trump campaign servers? I think you're referencing the information obtained in Ukraine on Paul Manafort, right? Manafort was convicted in a U.S. Court on bank fraud, tax evasion and various other "process crimes."

None of which to deal with the 2016 elections, the great lie that's been exposed by the IG report. For 2 1/2 years, the nation was lied to and we're supposed to forget it. Never.

The report didn't state that...rather the exact opposite. The investigation was justified and was non-partisan.
