    Facts are stubborn things!
    • GDP is up 84%
    • Growth in the Federal Debt is down a 1/6th
    • Civilian Employment is up a 1/5th
    • Wages are finally outpacing inflation.
    • And Consumer Confidence is soaring!
Your problem is that you are at war with the American Worker, and getting your ass kicked, as well you should!

The reasons for her loss are many. She ran such a poor campaign, too. I would say she deserved to lose based on that, if nothing else.

LOL! You keep saying that GDP is up 84%. It is GDP GROWTH that is up. And GDP is up for one quarter. Let's see what happens next.

I agree, though, that consumer confidence is important. That's what the GOP tried to undermine with austerity when Obama was president. Trump, on the other hand, likes to buy himself some consumer confidence with tax cuts put on the national credit card.

No. Over Trump's first 5 full quarters he has averaged 2.9% GDP growth.

Obama averaged 1.6% over his his final 5 full quarters. Trump's growth is 84% stronger than Obama's.
The Atlanta Fed is currently forecasting 4.1% for the 3rd quarter. That would put Trump at 3.1% over his first six quarters, 109% stronger than Obama's final 6 quarters, which averaged 1.5%. If you were satisfied with Obama' s economic growth, you have to be just thrilled with Trump's GDP growth which is about twice as strong.
Actually the growth in the Federal Debt is down under Trump.

Trump has been President for 589 glorious and wondrous days and the Federal debt has risen by $1,495,163,099,901.90

Obama in his final 589 days, unfortunately, saw an increase of $1,794,545,784,067.80.

    https://www.treasurydirect.gov/NP/d...tYear=2015&endMonth=09&endDay=01&endYear=2018

So Trump's about 17% better on this measure as well.

Yes they are. I provided the facts. The economy has been on the same upward trend for 9 years. You can stomp your feet all you like. Reality will not budge.

It’s amazing how you can post a graph completely refuting your own argument, and then completely ignore it. Lol

No. Under Obama we were told 3% GDP was a "pipe dream" and that less than 2% was the "new normal". Which is bullshit of course, after the two dumbest back to back Presidents in the history of the Republic, we finally have a good president who is fighting for the American Worker and things are looking up!

No, it wasn't ment to be a rebuttal or a response of any kind, it is ment to show you that the link you proved, comes from CNN. A so called news site that has been coughing flat lying , not one, but 3x. And do everything to hid Obama failures. You want to live in a glass bubble, and believe your own BS, go for it. But the truth is that people can see though this crap.

What rahl is saying that the stats you posted show 0 change in trendline after the election of Trump. So, yes, the graph does not support your notion that the wage increases were caused by Trump, rather than being a continuation of a previous slightly upward trend.

In any case, apparently the wage increases are still not enough, otherwise the consumers wouldn't have to go into all this debt to support all this "consumer confidence".

So you didn’t actually read anything in the link. Got it. You remain refuted, regardless.

Strawman. I just pointed out that the good economy, that has been doing so for 9 years, has nothing to do with trump.

No. Maybe you were standing on your head when you viewed them?

    The math is unassailable:
    GDP UP 84%
Growth in the Federal Debt DOWN 17%

But, we really don't care who gets the credit, we are just thrilled for The American Worker!

    #MAGA!

Stop repeating the falsehood: GDP GROWTH may be up 84%, but not GDP!! If GDP was up 84%, we would have a $37 trillion economy. You talk about math, but you don't even seem to grasp the difference between GDP and GDP growth.

That is simply wrong. GDP growth is up 84% over Obama's final 5 full quarters.
Nonsense, real personal income growth is up 69% over Trump's first full 18 months, compared to Obama's final 18 months.
Now that's hilarious, Obama's real wage growth was just dandy, but Trump's 69% improvement "isn't enough"? BAHAHAHAHAHA!
You put Consumer Confidence in quotes because you don't like all the improvement?

    Damn, you are funny man!

Ivanka emerges as Trump’s jobs czar, focus on ‘forgotten men and women’

Ivanka Trump never planned to become her father’s jobs czar.

But as she traveled on his winning 2016 presidential campaign that stopped in many once-thriving industrial cities, she heard first hand about the plight of “forgotten” workers who saw hope in Donald Trump’s “America First” agenda.

“She would meet moms who wanted to support their family but didn’t either have a skill set or wanted to go back into the workforce and weren’t sure how, weren't sure how to find a job. She met dads who wanted to earn wages where they could support their family but didn’t have the right skills.”

The first daughter also heard from highly educated friends in the same boat. She recently cited pals who graduated from Princeton University with “no skills to actually compete in the workforce.”

And as the economy has boomed, she also heard from companies seeking skilled workers.

In a way, the role she now has in leading the administration’s effort to boost jobs training for preschoolers to retirees picked her.
