Looking archival photos of Baltimore street scenes circa 1905 I noted a
peddlers covered wagon. One of the items was "pistols, low as $1.50".

Have the guts to examine and correct social policies that have let the
trash influence our politics. Where was all the gun violence during the
Great Depression. Big publicity re: Bonnie and Clyde but crime rates
    were so very low.

Don't trample my rights because we lack the will and guts to cleanse
    America of low street ferals.

    Which facts are those?
Resorting to any fallacy could be perceived as an appeal to ignorance regarding our supreme law of the land.

That the supreme courts decision is legally binding regardless if me or you agree with it.

Do you deny the supreme court is given the power to interpret the constitution? I do not believe I am the one using fallacy to support my opinion. At the very least I use plain English to give a opinion everyone can understand what I am trying to say.
