Really? What American cars are imported from China? I believe the answer is zero.

Just the first of many by the quislings at GM

    https://nypost.com/2017/07/02/gm-is-producing-popular-car-in-china-exporting-to-us/

China’s hottest auto export to the US is a Buick, and that may not sit well with the Trump administration.

General Motors produces the Buick Envision exclusively at a factory in Shanghai, mainly for the Chinese market. About 32,000 of the vehicles, which sell at a base price of $34,065, have been sold in the US since the company introduced the compact SUV to the US market last summer.

“It was a simple business decision to import the Envision into the US from China,” GM spokesman Daniel Flores said. “It was not economically feasible to produce the vehicle in a second manufacturing facility at the projected volumes.

While I don't completely agree with that the, fact is the people in a democracy like ours will want what they want and those in a political country like China want what they are told to want.

They used to import a few Envisions.
That number is probably zero after Trump tariffed them.
But not to worry. It only cost GM about a billion dollars in revenue.

That's an old article, times have changed with the tariffs.

Company executives cited President Donald Trump’s escalating trade war in deciding to kill the plan. The administration already imposed 25 percent tariffs on cars imported from China in July and is calling for even more on $200 billion in other Chinese goods. Trump is separately evaluating a proposal to impose tariffs on all imported vehicles on national security grounds.

Manufacturers have halted imports of each of the cars below since the tariffs took effect, making the future of Chinese-built cars in the U.S. auto market grim.

These are the cars most at risk of becoming more expensive or being pulled from the U.S. market altogether.

    I never denied it

But neither do I accept the doomsday hysteria from your side that the effort to save American manufacturing is not worth doing

    That is not a denial

As I pointed out details do matter and liberals are short on specifics

But if it were me attacking you I would have picked #14

It is almost like engaging in a trade war against is always a bad idea...

    Who would have thought so?

    I mean...you know...besides all of the experts.

You will need a lib crystal ball to beat that

You just cant deal with the fact that GM is moving toward being a foreign company working for china instead of America
