Stop making things up and self-servingly assigning motives. It was clear at the time and those expressing their non-partisan opinions said this would never go anywhere. It was clearly a desperate "hail-Mary" by Mueller to come up with something, anything to try and justify his investigation.

Or all the allegations are true, it makes no sense to pursue the prosecution and some people are taking Russia’s side.

No one's taking Russia side, it's just embarrassing.

You're wrong. Everyone who is cheering this as a victory is taking Russia's side.

It's just that most of them don't realize it.

My guess before it's all said and done most every American that was caught up in this hoax will be pardoned.

Who's taken the Russians side? Who's cheering it as a "victory". Go read the DOJ motion to dismiss. They don't have a great case, subpoenas can be ignored with impunity. Even if they could get a conviction there is no mechanism to enforce. Going to court would expose means and methods and threaten national security.

Doesn't matter if it's a company or individual. It's about the core value of presumed innocence until proven guilty. Either you believe in that or you don't...

Well, we can argue this minute point all day long, but it doesn't change the fact that this company has not been declared innocent OR not guilty.

    And won't be..

Glad you root for anti-American entities, BTW...

There is nothing to argue. Either they are presumed innocent until proven guilt or they aren't. I'll stick with the values enshrined in Constitution...

Russiagate was pure political theater. Mueller is a government man performing as he was instructed.

Concord Management called the government's bluff. An easy call.

    Really?

    SNIP
The idea of being innocent until proven guilty does not appear in any of the Constitutional amendments, but is, in fact, a part of common law. It is not a right granted by the Constitution.

Innuendo and bullshit may convince you, but for me, all it shows is what a hoax the entire Russiagate thing was.

Still, many Democrats will continue to admire the emperor's new clothes, even though he is butt nekkid.

It is a value and a good one... just one that's not in the Constitution, so try not to use falsehoods and misdirections to back up your values and we won't have a problem......

This was the inevitable outcome of a case they couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt, using means and methods as their excuse for not prosecuting the case. As noted, they do have an irrelevant 13 indictments that they for the same reasons won't push forward, but hey we DID SOMETHING.

Can we prosecute Mueller for fraud? Or Rosenstein? 33 million dollars. That's a lot of hospital beds we could have right now.

It is that value that is the basis of many of our rights. Ignore such as you wish. It's still a free country...

What don't you get about they didn't have a case and even if they did they could not enforce subpoenas or any legal penalty?
