Non-sequitur. If it is determined a case cannot be prosecuted, subpoenas ignored due to jurisdiction and even if they could that no penalties could be enforced why keep prosecutors on the case and case open?

It further said that Mueller said that Trump withheld no information or detail that was asked about that sham meeting.

Like Bluesguy I know of no "charges against any American for Russian collusion or Russian aiding and abetting their election interference." So stand up to the plate and cite such charges. Let's see what you got. And charges made-up in your mind, or things like charges for jay walking do not count.

I do know of similar charges that should have been brought and that was Hillary soliciting and paying for foreign -- England and Russia -- help with her campaign.
