The order to run over civilians by the military would be considered an unlawful order and should be refused by all soldiers.

 

Venezuela's problem began due to an incompetent government who did not know how to manage it's people and resources.

 

CNN most definitely does engage in ridiculous conspiracy theories, such as the debunked Russia Collusion conspiracy theory it has been propagating for the past two years.
