    He is an animal, but not yet convicted. Our system of justice is set up so that the accused are not convicted till they have their day in court. Now, I find this person completely despicable - but that does not excuse circumnavigating justice for your feelings. Law is the law, and this law was voted on by just as many Republicans as Democrats.

    It paints you in a bad light to disregard the Constitution for your convenience, I agree he's disgusting. But he is a UC Citizen with all rights until convicted - and he has not yet been convicted.

    He care if Andrew is pissed, Cruse is allowed to vote until he is convicted period. This is just a sympathy grab to stay relevant and in the pubic eye.

    Why is it taking so long to put Cruz on trial anyway? it has been nearly 10 months.

    Are they going to accept his guilty plea in return for a life sentence or go forward with a trial seeking the death penalty.
