Thank you for actually posting information. It looks as if there was a history of bad blood between at least one of the attackers and the victim. The bus driver should lose her job for her inaction.

It seems it is being handled as well as could be expected. Just because the attackers and victim are of different skin color does not mean race was the motivating factor behind the attack.
