    I believe this cop was absolute out to kill someone. That does not mean all cops are. We’re talking about this specific incident right here.

    The cop did absolutely nothing to help the situation and likely got this kid killed with his own hysterics. That doesnt make this a bad shoot though. I do hope this cop is off the streets. Hes doesnt handle the stress of the situation very well.
