    Why? The phone call quasi-transcript is a VERY important part of the case... Some might even have called it a smoking gun at the time... I know I did...

    That aside, all good prosecutions always address the difficult early.... not that Biden is a difficult topic in this prosecution...

    Well, let me be blunt: The only confirmation of the hacks, as you pointed out come from the intelligence community. They essentially tell us "Yeah, it happened, believe us." We don't have any A-to-B connection. We don't have anything in the way of a concrete report of how it happened(the closest was an indictment that suggested a general theory of how the attack took place. But even then, the theory of the attack didn't establish a connection(other than the allegation itself) and of course, I needn't tell you how problematic that is.(An accusation is a poor substitute for a fact.)

    So yeah, to this day, the government has word-of-authority, and philosophically it's always been accepted to be a poor excuse.
