    1. The president is the head of the executive branch (in charge of doj)
2.that means they received information from foreign individuals in Ukraine Russia England
    3. Don't know, but know the investigation started under an opposing party's presidential term and their job was to look into an opposing parties candidate during the election.

Trump, as he was the target of the investigation. There are many ways to get surveillance

    1. So trump is personally behind every fbi action since he took office?
    2. Like who?
    3. The president is the head of the executive branch (in charge of doj)

Not sure he was the target. Russia was helping his campaign, it’s silly to think they wouldn’t want to know why.

I've asked you bunches of questions

    Still waiting for this answer

"The specific charges against Clinton were lying under oath and obstruction of justice.
Prima facie evidence, you do know what that means don't you?

    And

Was it OK for Biden to withhold aid appropriated by Congress?

I have also said repeatedly and as the director of OMB stated we engage in quid pro quos routinely in foreign affairs but it is your side trying to make them impeachable offenses.

    Yes and yes
So you agree Biden didn’t do anything wrong, so why’s trump trying to get him investigated?

Obviously you don't know what it means.

me>> Prima facie evidence, you do know what that means don't you?
You>>Sounds like you want people to prove their innocence....
Submitting a false affidavit into a court is prima facie evidence of perjury and obstruction of justice. Do you know what that means?

And why was it OK for Biden to threaten to withhold aid from Ukraine in a quid pro quo but not for Trump to delay release within the time frame when he never even threatened Ukraine with anything

I didn't say Joe Biden did or didn't but what he did do was more than what Trump is accused. I want the Burisma scandal investigated and whether Hunter Biden was selling access, a pay for play scheme. If his father was involved oh well that's gets investigated too. Let's get his emails and communications with his staff during that time and have them testify, that's what you want with Trump.

He was not exercising his Constitutional powers. Congress determines the spending of federal funds. Not the President. He's merely the administrator. He signed the bill. IF he had a valid reason for withholding those funds - temporarily or permanently - he required the approval of Congress PRIOR to withholding. By law, he was to inform Congress of his intent to withhold funds through a "Special Message." He didn't do this. He broke the Impoundment Control Act and challenged the Congressional "power of the purse."

    1. Heard the saying "the buck stops here"?
    2. Chris Steele
    3. Yes and the investigation originated under who again?

Point being precedent dicates that investigation of a political rival during an election warrants no repercussions.

Nobody said trump was impeached for actions taken by the DOJ.
    3 seems to contradict 1.

Nor did I........ I said investigation of a political rival (see investigation into Trump during the election) warrants no repercussions (see lack of any punishment towards the Obama administration).

I've been watching politics for about 50 years. I've watched the msm choose sides and become the right arm of the Democratic Party (although some would say the Democratic Party is the right arm of the msm). At no time in that 50 years has the msm been as active as they are now in trying to influence our politics. The pressure on the senators to vote for witnesses and then convict Trump is going to be beyond intense. It's going reach insane levels. Will the Senate defend the Constitution? Or will they break under the pressure to get the msm off their back? We shall see.

Because you were trying to compare the fbi investigation to whatever Rudy and Lev were up to.

Yes he was and as the Democrat witnesses testified such aid is delayed as a matter of routine and no it doesn't require the approval just a notification amenities WAS RELEASED. You're arguing a moot let alone an impeachable offense.

No, Democrats have said that Trump is investigating a political rival(Joe Biden) so I'm comparing it to watch happened in 2016 when Obama administration investigated a political rival.
