    How many examples of Trump squashing any kind of internal dissent to his narrative do you need?

    As far as I am concerned, what I demand is the ability to factually support a position. Something that is woefully absent among Don's followers.

    Thus, are you above average intelligent, or below?

    Of course it can. But I'm not calling for making these people outcaste out of just-for-the-Hell-of-it partisanship. By allying themselves to an anti-American Fascist demagogue, they have singled themselves out for special treatment. You could call for a similar ostracism of supporters of Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama - but it will go nowhere because any complaint you have against them would have no basis in fact.

    The obsession with loyalty to Trump above all else, be it our fundamental institutions or the Constitution, is obviously a form of purity-driven politics. In Fascism, loyalty to The Leader often is the sum and substance of the ideology.

    I'm sure there will be a lot of keyboard despots that will dream of destroying those of us who dared support anything they disapproved of. I'm not too concerned that they'll get in my face with it, though. The loudest mouths tend to be the biggest cowards. But while you great patriots are pondering the future of those you hate, just remember that those you want to silence or destroy are also AMERICANS and are just as stubborn and just as committed as you.
