Willya stop? I mean cheez and crackers, I'm generally on Israel's side too, but c'mon. They aren't the 51st State and you're making out like they're in charge of us. They've never had any problem about attacking any one they want to and I think if they really wanted to attack Iran they'd have done so themselves by now.

I'm proud of lots about the USA, particularly that we have a Constitution that works so well it can withstand even conservatives who want to tear it up in its own name.

Yeah we do. Sometimes the Israelis allow us think it was our idea. The takeover was complete in the early '60s.

That we have the power to drone strike kids anywhere in the world if their fathers might be terrorist no trial just dead kids. Makes me and Obama proud.

The relationship of cat and cats-paw is one of the most difficult in all of diplomacy. We Americans are not very good at it, since it requires great subtlety, and the Israelis have taken to it like a duck to water.

If pride is the correct term, I'm proud of our Founding Fathers, our military, law enforcement and emergency services personnel, public servants, children, and every American who does even the smallest right thing even when no-one knows it.

I think we Americans simply blew it by allowing Jewish diplomats, Jewish State Department officials and their toadies (Hillary) to appoint themselves and deal with Israeli diplomats. Their ain't a c-hair's width of separation between what Israel wants us to do and what we are going to do. BUT, I know both sides are aware of that so sometimes they must manufacture a disagreement.

Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms.
Proud that our founding Fathers had more common sense than the current group of lawmakers.

A history of industry, innovation, and building great big things. And the honesty to realize when we aren't living up to that history.

    Your post stinks of anti-Semitism.

Anyway, your opinion will not sway the USA's rock solid support of my country.

God bless Israel and USA in our joint war to exterminate all Islamic Terrorists.

All collateral damage (and it will be huge!!!) is 100% the fault of the Muslim Terrorists!!

When you talk of exterminating people, you loose my vote. It makes your claims of anti-antisemitism seem less sincere.

I talk of exterminating terrorists. I am in agreement with the foreign policies of the USA, Israel and India. I wish to see the membership of the Islamic State, Hamas and Al-Quaeda exterminated. This is a GOOD thing!!

Talk about fighting terrorism, you may have my support. Talk about exterminating Islamics -- you don't.

    And your point is . . .

Tell my country that they are going to "obey" Israel (as you've already done) and that rock solid support is going to turn into a wet matzo ball.

What am I proud of today in America? The sad truth is that there is nothing left to be proud of. I can only be thankful that things are no worse than they are, but there's no "pride" involved in that....

I'm proud of our system of government.

I'm proud of the vibrant and diverse culture we have, despite the limited view of it on mainstream media. You have to get down and dirty in the small towns and communities to really see it.

I'm proud of how smart we are when it comes to innovation, ingenuity, and science.

For all the harm our country's policies have wrought across the world(I'm a realist, I don't discount the good and I don't ignore the bad), we also tend to step up when it's needed. Whether it's humanitarian aid, supplies, even our communities who donate to their churches and fund assistance programs(I'm an atheist, but the undeniable charity of a lot of regular religious folks to their churches despite their questionable methods at times is one of the only redeeming qualities I find in religion).

I'm (*)(*)(*)(*)ing proud that we landed a truck on Mars and it's still there sportin around taking pictures of all the people that live on the surface who just walk around up there for no reason really other than to get some sun because hey it's Mars.

I'm proud that we still have people who are willing to stand up to political correctness and cannot be bought, bullied, guilted, shamed, or intimidated into silence.

In my country? Our fantastic scenery and hot climate. We have one of the earliest timezones, that's always a plus. We're all pretty laid back, and our legal system has very harsh regulatory and criminal legislation, but the courts are pretty lenient in their interpretation.

Yours? Tolerance of firearms, a strong history of liberty, a much more competitive Federal system than most other countries, although clearly not ideal. Oh, and the fact that you have small towns all over the place. Round these parts they're few and far between.

You need to start a thread on Australia, this is about the USA and being proud of it. I am sure you are as proud of your country as most of us are about ours. We one or two faults but we are still the best country. One of our faults is a minority of our population wants to make us more like the rest of the world. Thank goodness we have elections and sometimes saner minds prevail.

Seems to me that the minority has the power in the long term. Their demographics are growing, and the trend is practically always toward more invasive + centralized government.

Long term there's very little to be positive about for those interested in the sort of liberty we are. Us humans have a pretty abysmal track record when it comes to liberty in populated areas. It's bad now with 7 billion, imagine 10!

    Hey girl! (Daisy)....

Since as a Christian God is the most important thing in my life, more important than my family (mom concurs) than my even my best friend Bogie the basset, so since that is true I am most proud that I can worship as I please and say what I want within reason. I am most proud of the certain inalienable rights that the USA recognizes. The right to keep and bear arms as one of my favorites. I am most proud that our Judeo-Christian Heritage and that our country had many 'christian' fathers which bequeathed those beliefs in our documents laws and rights. (even if that is argued tooth and nail by those that despise religion).
