I did and even replied to a post about taking it seriously with an example. Are you suggesting he would get different results from doing the same thing?

He can wait until the media tells the public that he did.

Operation Warp Speed was a good thing, so I give Trump credit for that. But there are obvious deficiencies in the logistics of distributing the vaccine, and getting it administered.

    agreed.

Trump contributed to the "anti-masker" trend among his supporters, which politicized this. Because it's been politicized, you're probably right that Biden isn't going to change the mind of Trump's anti-mask supporters. It's sad that people can't rise above the politics and do what's right.

There are deficiencies in the funding so far, so this is clearly an area that can be approved.

Logistics on getting the vaccine into arms, which includes using the Defense Production Act to ensure all required supplies (syringes, swabs, etc) are available. Working to overcome anti-vaccine fears. Providing funding to States and Localities that have suffered financially.

Trump may still be holding onto power in the heads of many, but we are discussing actions, not Trump. I live in Los Angeles and our elected officials took your advice. Strict lock downs and mandates. Fines for not wearing a mask. Businesses faced fines and having their water and power shut off. Curfews were put in place.

Results show that L.A. was not better off than areas that did not take it as seriously. Can you answer my simple question?

    are you serious?

Fact or Fiction is not arbitrary.
Claiming "alternate facts" is not opinion.

I hope you are not serious. You have TRumpists confused with tradition republicans.

what was it SPECIFICALLY you think he did?

He did nothing but caption the world's efforts in a cleaver manner calling it "Warp Speed."

One of my friends is a "Trumpist". She makes excuses for his bad behavior constantly and can twist just about anything to make it make sense in her mind. Just the other day, she said that Biden "shouldn't be sworn in because he has a girl's middle name". She blames the Marines for the Bidens having to wait several seconds for the doors to the WH to open. Anything and everything Trump does is somehow "whitewashed" in her brain.

The part I find the scariest is she was not planning to vote until a woman she works for got her worked up about registering and insisted that she vote and now she's on the Trump bandwagon, no matter what. I saw the transformation (from disinterested non-voter to staunch dyed-in-the-wool Trump supporter practically overnight).

There is something wrong with that picture and I don't believe it's all their fault. Trump, like most con artists, is able to mesmerize people and manipulate them into believing all kinds of nonsense. There are countless people that have fallen for narcissistic, pathological "leaders" and there will be more in the future as long as there are people that need someone else to tell them how to think and what to do. It doesn't make his targets "bad" or "stupid" people. They may be a bit misguided and prone to influence but they aren't evil, per se.

With all that said, how is name-calling and being mean to them helping the situation? Is that the way to get people to want to listen to what you have to say? How effective is that toward finding some kind of middle ground where people can air their differences and possibly learn from one another? In my experience, it's not a good approach. Your mileage may vary.

AFAIK, he allowed the funding initiative to proceed.

U.S. funds were provided to some companies, like Johnson & Johnson, using funds made available by the CARES act, which Trump had signed. The main thing is that this occurred during his administration, and Presidents are usually given credit for things that occur during their term.

You are right, Trump branded his minions and they are not normal or thinking about anyone but themselves. It is this cavalier attitude by his minions that in part perpetuates the spread of covid. We've seen it happen multiple times at the WH this past year.

If they support evil, which we know to be TRump, they are evil. There intentions have no meaning, there actions do.

You can call it sad, that they are seduced by a narcissistic monster, but once they are seduced, they have crossed the good, evil line.

    Peace

Do not insinuate that we are evil for supporting President Donald Trump, and do not mistake those rioters, driven to insanity by the continuous barrage of fake news, to be representative of TRump supporters.

Well, Biden can make sure the former workers on the pipeline, the wall, and in the oil fields maintain large differences among them and stay home.

Is Robert F. Kennedy Jr a 'Trumpist'?

"The four major vaccine manufacturers in the US are Pfizer, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and Sanofi, and if one of those four companies successfully develops a Coronavirus vaccine, Fauci and the NIAID stand to collect half of the royalties, according to Kennedy Jr.

He said that companies who used that patent have to split the profits 50/50 with the NIAID and he claimed that the Gates Foundation had invested in that particular patent.

He said that there was no limit on how much the NIAID can collect from the coronavirus vaccine and said that there need to be more government regulations to prevent it from doing so."
IRISH CENTRAL, Robert F. Kennedy Jr says Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates stand to profit from COVID-19 vaccine, Robert F. Kennedy's son claims that Dr. Tony Fauci and the Gates Foundation stand to make a hefty profit from the manufacture of the COVID-19 vaccine., By Shane O'Brien, Apr 27, 2020.

Incompetent nincompoops like Fauci earn big money in DC.

"Short of that, Fauci says skip the masks unless you are contagious, don't worry about catching anything from Chinese products and certainly don't avoid Chinese people or restaurants. "Whenever you have the threat of a transmissible infection, there are varying degrees from understandable to outlandish extrapolations of fear," Fauci said."

Still among the worst in spite of strict lock downs and mandates. Los Angeles went heavy on restrictions and curfews and is among the worst hit metros.

That brings us back to the question, what more could have been done?

And what are YOU doing about reversing that perception? I do not see any of 45's supporters doing a check on their fellow supporters to halt this insanity. They certainly won't listen to non-T supporters, so you're the last line of defense to knock some sense into them. Failure to do that will rip the GOP apart. Is that what you want?

I wish. That evil little piece of crap should be tossed on an island of infected so he can personally experience what he brought to the world with his illegal funding ($3.7 million - 6 projects) of the research that brought us CV-19.

Didn't Fauci defy Obama's ban on "gain of function" research?

Yep. That evil little bastard went straight ahead after Obama made it 100% illegal. Now he has put his buddy on the investigative body and they REFUSE with the WHO (Screw those scumbags) to look at the labs as the cause.

Dr. Fauci is responsible for millions of deaths and untold suffering.
