this should be interesting. there have been 4 people to resign from angela corey's prosecutors office in the past year. now people are coming forward to testify the state purposely with held discovery from the zimmerman defense. i wonder how corey will worm her way out of this one?

 

Angela Nifong's office seems to be following a familiar path established by her cousin Mike Nifong's office a few years back......by the way......did you see the Duke Blue Devils win the Lacrosse National Championship the other day......what's Mike up to these days?

The State gave the defense the raw data. It's not their responsibility to interpret the data for the defense.

This all bs and none of it will come in at trial.

This is about poisoning the jury pool.

 

Prosecutorial misconduct is the main reason I have any interest in this particular case.
Blatantly rogue prosecution teams should be punishished harshly, justice is lost when they prevail.

FRankly I think this is only the tip of the Iceberg.That judge has been gotten to.
Absolutely no different than all the judges who refused any request or court
proceedings about Obama's constitutional requirement to prove eligibility.
No different than what Judge Roberts pulled at the last minute to allow passage
of Obamacare.The same Roberts who allowed Obama to not use a bible with the re-swearing
in the White House Map room on account Obama claimed he couldn't locate one
in the White House.That was the Reswearing-in the day after the public swearing-in
whihc got flubbed.Funny how the Re-swearing in took place totally in private and
a bible couldn't be located in the White House.

There is no way that Zimmerman is gonna get a fair trial.
Why ? Because he already hasn't gotten a fair trial.It is only gonna get more
shady and corrupt.I could say look for bribery and intimidation of Juror's like
a mob trial.But that would only cause a mistrial which could help Zimmerman.
This trial will probably be over and done with quickly for a fast verdict.
The State wants Zimmerman's head.Because it has been deemed from on high.
Whatever MSNBC says and does is abject proof.They exist as Obama's official

I personally hope he gets so much money from all the settlements he then goes on and sues the crap out of some people who have wasted over a year of their lives slamming this guy. he already isn't getting a fair trial. one sign is that o'mara said he needed more time and that isn't being allowed. there would be no harm in allowing the defense a few more months to prepare, then they have no excuse. as it stands now the judge not allowing them that is pretty stupid....on the judge's part.

next is all the games the prosecution is playing with discovery. if they had confidence in their case this would not be happening.they would gladly turn over all discovery with no problems. now they are playing games and making excuses.
