Let me clue you in on something, discovery is discovery. Relevance isn't up to the prosecution to decide. Even if it is declared irrelevant by the court the defense still has a right to look at it. So relevance is irrelevant, if you can understand that.

Judge Nelson already ruled that similar evidence was inadmissible and for the 50th time those pics were in the raw data that O'Mara was given back in March.

It's not the prosecution's responsibility to interpret the raw data for O'Mara.

O'mara asked for raw data and the prosecutor had already handed him the raw data way back in January.

Why hasn't OMara hired a computer expert to extract the info from the raw data files by now?

Yeah, I mean no way on earth is this going to trial. If Bernie did was is accused, the Defense will ask for these charges to be dropped. Bernie has no chance to win without that retard Dee- he calls her, it opens the door to everything.

 

Simply pointing out that people who put up defaming claims about some one in any form of 'social media' are now being successfully sued is in no way a "threat'. Now if some some reason who think you may have published defaming claims against George and or his family that you can not prove and might be receiving a letter from our friend 'Mr. Woods' that's your problem. Not only that, the cam was still rolling after court and Bernie goes up to O'Mara and was basically like, seriously, you are going to put me through this? O'Mara was just like hey sorry dude- I know George will get a hefty settlement from NBC, but it will PALE in comparison to what the State is going to have to pay for what they have done- because this is deep- George is not getting a fair trial because the rabid racist team Trayvon blew this out of proportion and lied the whole way- Hey do you know Tracy Martin is under oath saying he drove Trayvon down to SAnford when thats a lie? May be why he didn't show up for court tuesday, or maybe hes busy with the new baby?

It will only come up if the State presents Trayvon's character and since he isn't on trial it won't come in.
