We should not only expect it we should demand it else vote them out. One of the primary responsibility of the Congress is the budget, spending. The Democrats have allowed us to spiral towards economic doom and all they can do is call for more money when they can't even pass a budget for what they have. And they DARE try to blame it on the Republicans.

Actually 51 is not correct. If I am not mistaken, the rule is "simple majority". If there were only 60 Senators on the floor, then it would take 31 votes.
The Democrats have not tabled a budget for three reasons; 1 - They do no want you to see a specific breakdown on what certain programs are costing. 2- They do not want the Republicans to have the ammunition that such a bill would provide them. 3 - They are too incompetent to make a budget - they don't have a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing clue what they're doing
